So I've been looking at different phones, specifically the LG Lollipop, Ice Cream and the Anycall Haptic Pop and I'm wondering if anyone knows of similar phones that are equally as cute and customizable.

What I love most about these phones are the fonts, backgrounds/wallpapers, cute animations and graphics that I haven't seen with any other phone. I don't know if I'm describing it well, so this image, for example, shows you what I'm talking about. The menus and wallpapers are absolutely adorable and aren't bland like some phones.
I'm not sure if these types of features are exclusive to South Korean phones in general or if they are naturally exclusive to the brand/version.. like the LG Lollipop.

Do you know if such phones that can work in the US exist? I'd be tempted to wait for, say, the Haptic (if it is ever unlocked) or the LG Lollipop, but only if the menus, fonts, images would be completely unaltered.

For more specifics, I would like the phone to have: messaging (text and image), web browser, camera, basic applications like calculator/calendar/etc. Pretty simple for the most part. Also it'd be great if the quality would be good and with few issues or bugs. I'm a sucker for anything you can customize and change from the theme, to the font to the animations. Style or type of phone does not matter.

I would appreciate any kind of recommendations, suggestions or input.
If you know of anything remotely similar that is unlocked and able to be used in the US, please do share!
Even if it's not possible for me to get a phone with these 'cute features', please suggest an otherwise great phone. I especially like phones from Korea, but I'm not well-versed in what phones are out there.

Cute phones? the first one that comes to mind is the LG Ice Cream. (First Generation)
I assume you live in the States, so it'll probably work. depending on your area and the company you're under.
The LG Cookie (Which i'm getting) is pretty cute too :] For a touch screen, the price is pretty good.

LG Ice Cream (first generation) would probably be your safest bet.
I have been looking for similar type phones too, with cute outer shell and cute menu system.
I personally think LG lollipop would fulfill all that. Unfortunately, it is not available outside of Korea at the moment (or ever )

The menus are kind of plain, but the dialling screen options are very, very cute (choice of plain, sky, lawn, or music staff).
