So, my lola is going back home to the Philippines in a month and since her current cell phone is locked to T-Mobile, she'd have to get a new one there. But, since her birthday is coming up, I offered to get her a new phone that she could use in the US and when she goes back to the Philippines to visit (she's due for an upgrade anyway; her current phone is a Nokia 6030!)

Anyway, I thought I'd turn to the cell phone experts in here first...does anyone have any recommendations for cell phones that will get great reception on T-Mobile and also work well in the PI (99.9% chance it'll be on Globe). Advanced features aren't really that important...she'll mostly use it to call and text (a lot), but having a camera and being cute would be nice extras.

Make sure you get a phone with quad band, so that it works in the Philippines.
