Yeah, me too. I figured he'd let us hear something. But Yesasia has his single release date as the 31st? maybe the 29th is when his MV is out?

Where'd you hear that? Last Night his promo counted down to D-DAY 01 and just this morning his site got updated. His single is on sale at etpshop right now.

On Yesasia it said expected release July 31st. Thats good though, I'm glad it didn't get changed.

Wait, what? His singles out TODAY? I figured that it was out on the 31st cause of the date on yesasia. Meh either way who cares 31st must be yesasia's estimate date for all their orders? I don't care when it's out as long as I get my copy SOON.

okay so i just preordered but since i can't wait like everyone else (come on everyone in korea bought one today, 10만 all sold out on the first day!) I searched around and found someone who uploaded a remixed MOAI (not for download. BUY IT!)

i have no qualms in listening to it before i get my CD that i've been already salivating over.

so for others who also want to listen to it, here's a link to the blog.

but...hmm maybe i need to listen to the original, the remix is very techy...i kinda miss the old raw band sounds for the 7th.

okay, so here it goes:

p.s. i feel so retarded i was all excited because i thought it'd be a full length album. i didn't know it was a 3 part "mystery" project. i just got on yesasia and just clicked yes to everything.

4 songs. and one's a remix.

BUT I'M NOT COMPLAININGGGGG. i love STJ and i'd buy all of his stuff. hahahaha so the next is a single AND THEN a full length album right? than whats this album? is it a mini album?

slightly confuzzled.

so yeah is everyone feeling the remix version of MOAI? or is it just me that i'm kinda feeling it iffy...

I just got the full single from my friend, my god it's so mellow and epic, I can't get enough of it.

And I believe he's doing a FULL length album. My theory is that only one track from each single will take part in his full CD. What I mean is the Title track from MOAI (being..MOAI) will be on his full length, then the title track from his second single. And then the full CD will be all new songs accept those two.

MOAI really surprised me... I ws expecting rock but this is pretty electronic. The beats are amazing.

I was actually expecting something like his remixes in his 15th anniversary album. Pretty much expected. But BETTER than expected!

T'IKT'AK is the best song in the single.
I was actually expecting the new style to be rock electronic fusion that's been popular lately but I was jsut caught off guard. It's pretty much very electronic. Hopefully the next singles have a totally different sound. I don't think I can handle the whole 8th album being mellow cutesy songs.

Sure this single is the softest work he's ever made. Even softer than his 7th album. I think he will face many criticisms for being too mainstream after his solo. Anyways, I really like this single and it grows on me after every time I listen to the songs.

People need to think outside the box, this is his FIRST SINGLE. I highly doubt the whole album + other single will be mellow and electronic. I've read countless places that people who've heard the full CD say it's more guitar driven and it has an electronic feel. Almost like the backing music to his comeback vids. I think this is just a new style for him that he's trying. He always has a few mellow songs per-album then he also has alot of heavy ones amirite?
