Does anyone know the lyrical meaning behind Human Dreams? I've read that it's somewhat perverted or something? Even though the MV shows a story about a robot boy and his "parents" and what not. And what about Bermuda Triangle?

same hair, different color.
i'm so hyped!

did he get skinnier? as if he wasn't skinny already =?
love his fashion and concepts.

and for the above poster:
I've never heard that human dream was supposed to be perverted. all i know is that asides from the happy game like tunes it's actually a very dark and sad song. something about machines that ...well, dream human dreams. (like the mv, the song speaks of future times Artificial intelligence) correct me if i'm wrong anyone!
can't say anything about bermuda triangle, i haven't looked into the lyrics yet. the video kinda creeped me out in all honesty lol...just got back into it a couple days ago.

Already a better single than part MOAI.

Coma is probably one of, if not the best song he's ever written. Also he does kind of look slimmer, even though he's always slim.
I do love his new style, it's a mix of modern and some of his older styles.

Holy hell... I can't believe my faith in Taiji has been restored with part SECRET.
MOAI was a bit of a let down but now I remain optimistic for his full length album!

got this from a youtube description for BERMUDA TRIANGLE
"About teenage Sex.
And failed to adult, temptation, depravity and so on..."
here's a better interpretation:
"yea i thought so too. the way i interpret this song is. well from what i think it's not much about ruined sex but tainted innocence and the girl's failure to grow up properly. first she sees a box sorta like pandora's box and tries to open it but she can't. then there is the snake which is temptation and then she sees the key to open the mystery box. When she does open it she gets enveloped in silk and the music changes, sounding like waves. This implies she's having sex.
Then she wears black clothes, shedding from her innocence and cries because she fell down from wearing heels that were way too high for her and that she was not used to... so her attempts to grow up and know more about the outside world made her fail from growing up properly..." -tokee1234567

Which is exactly why I couldn't join ETP shop (although I'm Korean in nationality)
If I find a way to get through, I'll definitely let you know and post it up

Ahead of his return to the music scene, singer Seo Tae-ji has released his new single album “8th Atomos Part Secret” on Tuesday. His avid fans had lined up in front of the Hot Tracks record store in downtown Seoul from early in the morning to get their hands on the new release.
Seo’s album contains the title song, “Juliet, and “Coma,” as well as the remix version of “Bermuda Triangle.” The album is part of a big mystery with both the first and second single albums considered pieces of the big puzzle. This innovative storytelling format in which all songs are organically connected is the first such attempt in the Korean pop music industry. Fans and music critics say that it’s typical of Seo to try something so original and experimental. However, some critics point out that the messages contained in the lyrics are hard to catch, because the vocal part was too soft and toned down.
Seo will hold his first comeback performance titled “Wormhole” this Saturday and Sunday at the Olympic Hall in the Seoul Olympic Park.

And I can't believe that Seok Jung leaves Taiji. They're working together in this project, and thinking about this possibility is strange to me o_o

I realize that's no reason to dislike someone, but that's how I feel.
But honestly, I don't think he's left, maybe he's just "under the radar" because in the booklet of the new single he's still credited as doing arrangements and programming. Also a few friends of mine speculate he might be using a keytar, lol.

I actually like the new drummer but nobody can replace Heff. That dude was hardcore.
But I mean it does make sense that he's not back for this album... it's not his style at all.

Regardless, Taiji music is way better than what is out now.

creativity...depth...maturity...innovation..passion...talent.
taiji is maturing as an artist and it's evident with his 8th album that is filled with complex arrangements of instruments and flawless quality in sound.
he is one of the very few true artists in the mainstream korean gayo right now and without him, rest is trash and embarrassing to be presented internationally.

Heff was okay, I prefer Hyun-Jin. I love how Taiji seems to like recruiting members of Vassline, TOP was in Vassline and Hyun-Jin is currently in Vassline.
Oh and I hear his single sold over 20,000 copies in a day, can anyone confirm?

"A day prior to the release of Seo Taiji’s ‘Seotaiji Atomos Part Secret’ single on March 10, photos of the activity surrounding the making of his first title track, ‘Juliet’ were revealed.
The photos are of the filming of the ‘Juliet’ music video which features Seo Taiji himself and it reveals a little of the concept of ‘Juliet.’
Just like the days of ‘Sure Win’ with Seo Taiji & Boys, looking sharp he is seen with a brown ‘unbalance’ hairstyle along his signature horn-rimmed glasses. He shows off a sophisticated style that overall gives off an air of a modern ‘mix and match’ style.
Furthermore, Seo Taiji is returning once again with the love story entitled, ‘Juliet.’ Just what kind of love story exactly we will find out on March 10th."

In stores, he sold 24,637 copies on the first day. STJ Co. expect all 100,000 first press copies to sell out (combined with on-line sales) and are printing 50,000 more.

I personally came by to see what was up (last login was 2 years ago) because I knew Taiji was releasing a new single and decided to see how well he was doing in terms of popularity at Soompi.
Doesn't look like he's too popular amongst the younger crowd? I'm only 21 though, so I wonder why he doesn't seem to have that many fans here when he's considered the "Culture President". It's sort've ironic.
