I'm trying my best to upload these songs on Itunes but it's not really working. It's an emp. file if that helps. It's my Fly to the Sky fourth album, M-type CD. When I usually open the CD, it has an alphaplayer. Could that be the reason why I can't upload those songs in my Ituens library? I really want these songs on my Ipod, but it's driving me crazy. Any tips?

I have no idea what an emp file is, but I can say that unless it has copy protection you should be able to use Itunes to extract as a normal CD. Although cds are usually CDA files...
For something this specific you will have to hope you can find out what type of protection the disk uses then google for a workaround.
Putting protection on a CD is just stupid... It will only take them an extra hour to obtain and distribute the music compared to the non-protected counterpart. Saying a disk is protected turns away buyers who want to listen to it on their MP3 players considering how popular they are now.
their best approach would be two sectors. Primary for music, secondary with protected audio files like the ones Itunes uses. Thats how they should do it.
