korean bbq!!

Korean bbq is a good idea. It doesn't involve any cooking directly by you. Lol. If anything just prepare korean bbq and if you can make shikhae i'd do that. I'm sure his parents will be impressed if you can make it and make it taste good. smile.gif It's time consuming and a bit difficult.

Check out maangchi's site. Although some of her recipes we cook differently, it's good for the most part. She has a recipe for shikhae on her site.

I suggest that you cook something non-Korean. smile.gif
They'll be more critical if you cook something Korean, and since it looks like this will be you 1st time too, you'll be needing a lot of practice.
Since you're Chinese (411), is there a Chinese dish you can cook well?
