HELP NEEDED!! Can't view toolbars??!!

Look at what happened to my comp:

Before this, I can't view the 'FILES, EDIT, VIEW bla bla buttons..' Then, after i restarted my comp, it turned out like the pic above.. wich i cant view the 'BACK, FORWARD, REFRESH....' icons anymore...

Can somebody help??

View -> Toolbar -> Standard Toolbar

If that doesn't work, try

View -> Toolbar -> Customize

Actually, the toolbars are there. Just right click the bar and choose unlock toolbar. Then drag them back from the right.. they are all mushed to the right.
