What are your thoughts on diet pills?
Have you taken them before?
Did they work?
Did you keep the weight?
Did you it is a unhealthy way to lose weight?

Diet pills are an incredibly unhealthy way to lose weight and can have dangerous ingredients. The only FDA approved drug is Alli and that causes runny poo if you eat fats. :/

I don't bother with all that. I just change my diet to be more healthy.

I've tried the original Xenical which is not sold OTC. It's Alli but stronger perhaps. Anyway I hated the side effects and I didn't really lose that much weight (it was mostly exercise that worked). I only took it when I could not avoid really oily fatty food which made the side effects really horrible.

Alli should be an ok diet pill but others like fat burners should be avoided. At least Alli just cuts out 1/3 fat and does not spout preposterous "lose 10 lbs in 10 days" sort of claims.

If you expect diet pills to do all the work - you are destined to be out of shape and carry a higher percentage of body-fat. Moderating your eating and/or eating more healthier and frequently with consistent and frequent exercise is the only way to go.

No no no...I tried diet pills before, they only work in the short run and only to a certain extent- you can't just pop those pills and laze around and expect something magical to happen. Plus I think for some your body gets too dependent on them, you can't keep taking them forever. All in all they're just a waste of money, they're heaps expensive for results you still need to work hard at and which you may only enjoy for a little while.

I don't bother with diet pills, creams, and all that other stuff. If there's some kind of crazy weird diet like that natto diet and that banana diet a while before, I'll try it, but I don't buy pills, mostly because they make preposterous claims that usually don't come true ("results may vary" HAHAHAHA) and because they're expensive. sleep.gif;

This may be a stupid question but are fat burners and diet pills pretty much the same thing? huh.gif
Some say i'm a genius, others say i'm crazy
but they all say i'm a little on the weird side

NOOOOOO!!! I don't believe in them, they are not healthy at all

Of course some of them help losing your weight, but they must be a truthful band

If you want to lose weight, you can use truthful diets pill along with doing exercise everyday

Diet pills, diet fads, diet anything is either bad for your health and/or short-lived. Once you get off the diet ,the weight will come right back on. The ONLY real way to lose weight/maintain weight is to adapt and form healthy habits like eating nutrient dense foods and exercising.

i have a friend who wants to try diet pills, I told her that I don't think it will be good for her body and that I don't trust it. But she said it's vitamin pills from Japan, so it wouldn't be bad for her health... what do u guys think??

anything that has a label as a "diet pill" or anything regardless of the fact that its a vitamin cannot be good for you.
i've never taken any kind of diet pill and i don't plan to either dry.gif
