What are you looking to do? Record video, do video conferencing or something else?
The program that comes on your laptop is usually best; but, ManyCam is really cute/fun webcam software (has a lot of features, and a lot of cool graphical effects).

The weird thing was that my laptop didn't come with a program. It gave me a link where I could download the software but the problem is my computer wouldn't install it.
