I guess my senior year, when my bf went to a different school, walk spoke on the phone every day for about an hour or so. We never IM'ed or texted.

When I actually went to school with my bf's I never talked to them on the phone.

I have a long distance relationship so my bf and I chat everyday on msn and skype about 6 hours. That includes when my bf is at work. He can log on msn with his phone and chat with me when he isn't busy. Of course sometime we chat less than 6 hours because we need time alone to do other stuff or spend time on our friends or hobbies.
There's also sometime we talk on the phone too (about 20-30 min), and once in a while we message to each other on the phone when one of us can't log on msn. I'm very happy that my bf spend so much time on me <3

We see each other everyday for like 10hrs+. So we don't really talk on the phone unless it's to say goodnight. We text when we're not around each other.

Well... my guy and I talk almost everyday for at least couple of hours. But that's because he's studying abroad. One month left till he comes back!

We talk on the phone every night until someone falls asleep (often him, about 20-40 minutes later). Then we leave the phones on at night, which I love hearing him sleep (he breathes into the phone sometimes when he sleeps, too cute haha, and then I randomly wake him up sometimes haha ;D).
But as for IM... he doesn't want to put MSN on his new computer so I haven't talked to him online in ages. We do the emailing instead haha.

we IM everyday for atleast 3 hours at night then i head to bed and he calls me and we stay on the phone for like whenever our phones turn off cause we both fall asleep on the phone and i get to hear him snore haha

My boyfriend and I meet up daily. So we only call each other when we don't see each other. And the time we talk to each other on the phone can vary anywhere from 10 mins to an hour. It depends on how much we have to each other and did anything interesting happen. ahah
We don't do IM anymore or text. lol

We don't go to the same schools but we work in the same building (but don't really get to interact) 3 days a week in the school year, and 5 days during the summer.

First week of liking each other: we talked from 9pm-6am for that whole week (during winter break).

First few months, we spoke for a few hours a night and a lot randomly during weekends.

After about 8 months, we spoke about 1-2 hours a night give or take.

and now at almost 1.5 years, we speak anywhere from 2 minutes a night to 2 hours a night.

we don't really IM each other that often but we do if we're not in the mood for the phone.
