hey i was just wondering if certain smells remind you of anything?

for me, the smell of air-con always reminds me of hong kong- lol it's so overused here
the smell of bread reminds me primary school- yesss i did alot of baking when i was younger

......and i can't think of anymore now

well you might think this is weird, and wonder how is it related, but I once used this face cleanser. On a vacation to China in 2006 I brought this cleanser with me and used it during my stay. its smell reminds me of the time I was in China. I would love to go back again, eat/shop to my heart's content.

For some reason a specific smell of flowers remind me of my old home in gangnam [Seoul, Korea]
Man, I'd give anything to go back there.. America is so.. not-korean hahaha.

Air con reminds me of Hong Kong too but the egg balls and fish/beef balls remind me of HK even more...

Whenever I smell a perfume I haven't worn in a long time it reminds me of the time I used it. I found an empty strawberry lipgloss in an old box of my stuff and when I opened it the smell brought me back to 8th grade. The smell of moth balls makes me think of my grandparents .

The part of your brain that identifies smells is near the part of the brain with memory. I found it interesting that smells triggers my memory more than most things.

Certain perfumes and colognes remind me of people =] (could be good or bad though...)
