Perez Hilton's blog post about the death of Michael Jackson reads simply:

"Michael Jackson Dies"

But earlier in the day, only 2 hours after the reports of Michael Jackson's cardiac arrest, Perez Hilton had posted that he thought MJ was just trying to get out of his upcoming shows at the O2 arena in London.

Titled 'Heart Attack or Cold Feet' the post claimed Michael Jackson had "pulled a similar stunt" in reference to his missing and canceling other shows over the past two years.

Michael Jackson was taken by ambulance from his Holmby Hills home to a nearby Los Angeles Hospital on Thursday afternoon!!

Supposedly, the singer went into cardiac arrest and the paramedics has to administer CPR!!!

His mother is even on the way to visit him!!!

We are dubious!!

Jacko pulled a similar stunt when he was getting ready for his big HBO special in '95 when he "collapsed" at rehearsal!

He was draggin his heels on that just like his upcoming 50 date London residency at the O2 Arena, of which he already postponed the first few dates!!!

Either he's lying or making himself sick, but we're curious to see if he's able to go on!!!!

As soon as Michael Jackson passed away, Perez posted new post saying:

"Such a sad loss, especially for his three young children."

He also edited the old post to remove the statement, even going as far as removing comments from users on the site who were backlashing against him for his insensitivity.

Hilton has managed to remove most of the evidence of this first post... but he didn't change the picture before I got a screenshot.

As news broke yesterday that Michael Jackson was in the hospital for Cardiac Arrest and was in SERIOUS CONDITON, Perez PIG Hilton had the AUDACITY to write a SHAMELESS AND HEARTLESS blog post on his website MOCKING Michael Jackson while he was in his deathbed. Perez then later decided to DELETE his blog post once he realized that would be his instant “career” killer! He was insanely stupid for putting such a blog post before, but at least he deleted it. But seriously guys, its not like he posted mocking his death. He posted it before he died. (If he posted it after he died, then its completely different.) Perez talks about everyone all the time. He took the post down when he heard the news.

Probably not cause it would kill his career, but the fact that he may have a heart inside and hes actually using it. Then he became a sore loser.

but let him be. I wouldnt want to give him the attention he doesnt deserve.

Er. I don't like him either, but didn't he write it before Michael Jackson actually died? If he wrote it afterwards it'd be a different story. Not that I'm saying it's right, but the guy's stupid, what do you expect from him. Technically he couldn't have known he was dying because everything was very vague even AFTER Michale DID die.

Now he's being condemned by netizens and I agree with Tila's statement about him being a hypocrite and all. Maybe when he apologizes for his tactless remarks, he might redeem himself.

This is a classic example of blogging gone wrong. Perez obviously was too anxious to stir up some controversy and popularity to his site by posting something he thought was clever and sort of "against the norm". He's only doing it to get traffic to his site, and obviously didn't really care about the truth or what exactly was going on. It's not responsible blogging; had he chosen to wait it out and see what happened to MJ, then he could have blogged after he was sure what was happening instead of dismissing the whole situation as a hoax.

I'll agree with Tia on this one. He is very irresponsible as a blogger, not a good role model for those who wish to blog as a living.

i've noticed Perez Hilton is getting all that karma from talking so much smack about other people this month.
first the scandal with Will I AM, to Kelly Clarkson getting at him, and now to all the MJ fans berating him. i never really cared for him.

I wouldn't take it as far as 'mocking his death', because he posted this before he died, and let's face it: everybody has their doubts about Michael Jackson, and there are TONS of people out there who are saying 'oh I hate MJ, I'm glad he's dead, he was a pedophile' (which he was NOT, thank you very much). I'm not saying what Perez did was right, but at least he's realized the severity of his post.
