i was at the park today, having a water balloon fight.
i didn't know tht the guy im so confused about was going to be there; he was playing basketball.
so, i was really surprised, and apparently, it looked like he was too.
i kinda ignored him, and he did the same.
then, when i went to the basketball courts again, cuz my friend's friend was there, playing basketball, i saw him again.
he was sitting on a bench.
i went to sit down on another bench, and i when i was about to sit down, i peeked at him, and caught him looking at me.

cuz... he asked me out, i said no, even tho i kinda have feelings for him?
after tht, he won't talk to me or anything.

should i be happy or not?

Alls i know is when it comes to these situations, it's best to get your feelings and thoughts out there.
feel how you feel, first. emotions are constantly changing.
afterward let whatever's meant to happen, happen.

from what you've said it sounds like he could either be playing hard-to-get or he's moving on because you didn't fall for his trap. if he gets you too confused, maybe you should move on. but like i said, it'll happen if it's meant to happen. cliche, but the truth.

but yeeah . i said no cause i didnt think i was ready to be in a relationship but the more i noticed him , i began to fall for him , i mean i already was but it grew bigger xD haha but yeeah umm . i donno its ur feelings .

I think he's just embarrassed, that's why he won't talk to you.
