I don't know what to call this..
But, aside from mannerisms while doing something,
is there anything you want to do when you're in the bed
or before you go to sleep? And, if you won't do it you'll
have a hard time sleeping?
I want to know Because I have something like that..
Before I go to sleep, I always rub my feet in a smooth
or cool object. [ex. walls, bed sheet, bed itself]
If I can't do it, I would never get to sleep..
There's also a friend of mine who can't sleep
when she can't wave her feet from left to right.

I can't go to sleep before brushing my teeth? 
Good hygiene is something that will always be appreciated.
But seriously, I can't even take a nap before brushing my teeth.

I have to have my blanket tucked in under my feet. It bothers me if I think it's hanging off the edge of the bed.

This is interesting, never really thought about it. 
If I started a book, I would HAVE to finish it before I go sleep or I wouldn't be able to
sleep/sleep very well/would have weird dreams concerning the story. O_o
But my habits tend to change. I went through one phase where I couldn't sleep if
music wasn't on (very short phase) and now I can't sleep unless I play games on my iPod before. xP
And for some odd reason, I find it harder to fall asleep with a window closed (rather than an open window).
Mebe I like to feel a breeze when I sleep. x3
