How To Loose Weight near the underarms

so my body type is not stick skinny but like the bodytype of the SNSD girls. But i just noticed this when i wore my strapless sundress. I have some fat near the underarms so when i wear a strapless shirt/dress theres this lump of fat and it does not look pretty at all. I have no clue how to get rid of it. any fitness trainers that know how to get ride of this fat near the underarm.

You can't get rid of fat in one area. You have to lose weight and your body determines where it loses the fat.

I know this isn't any help really but it annoys me when people mix up lose and loose.
Loose is the opposite of tight.
So it's LOSE weight, not loose weight.

yeah overall weightloss should do it.
or looser clothes.
'cause i see a lot of thin girls looking ehhhh 'cause their clothes is too tight, so in areas they are even just slightly gooey, it bulges and sticks out.

You can lose weight by drinking a lot of water. Make water your favorite drink. A person must have a minimum of 8 glasses of water in a day. Avoid taking soft drinks or carbonated beverages; moreover replace them with water. Water helps in reducing weight in the most effective manner.

pushups everyday and cardio ~ and cleaning your eating(diet) up.
No spot reduction possible except with surgery and if you do that you have a good chance of getting it all back ~ the only cure to a lifestyle problem is fixing your lifestyle.

To loose fat you're simply going to have to exercise more and eat right. You can't target fat and can only loose all over.
