typing in another language help +_+

=x for some odd reason I cant get the language bar to show up. It just.. disappears whnever I go to Control Panel.. Languages.. and open it..and it.. doesnt show. It worked before but it doesnt now =x help? +___+

try right clicking your taskbar, click toolbar, and see if your 'language bar' is ticked off. If it isn't click it?

does that work?
