Thanks Anthony, Markham is nice, but I find it's all shopping malls.

C'mon, looking to hear from some Californians too.

I was looking to here from people living in both areas, not necessarily comparing the 2.

Are you planning to live in one of those places? It's a bit hard to compare a part of a state with a whole entire country.

As a Californian (haha), it depends on the region you live in. Norcal is a lot different from Socal.

uhh...i've never been to canada so i don't think my opinion really matters.
but i live in southern california so i know some pros and cons living here.

pros :
- diversity
- beaches
- weather
- good schools/universities

cons :
- it really depends where you live (area, city etc..)
but some places are really...ghetto and trashy.
some parts of Los Angeles for example.
but like i said before, it really depends what part of CA you're planning to live in.

Good places to live in SO Cal:
- Riverside County (Murrieta, Lake Elsinore, San Bernardino etc...)
- OC
- Some parts of LA wink.gif
