How To Make Some Delicious Chili step by step

ingredients:

spicy sausage
bacon
chunk steak
sharp cheddar
sour cream
cannellini beans
black beans
chili beans
kidney beans
tomato paste- 2 cans
stewed tomatoes
diced tomatoes

total bill~ $25.00 chili will feed 10 large males 2 servings each



spices:

chili powder
cumin



step 1:

cut steak into small pieces



step 2:

stab sausage with fork



step 3:

open cans



steak and sausage



step 4:

cut bacon



step 5:

cut onion

there is a proper way to do this:

cut off stem



cut off root



cut down middle of root to stem





cut parallel to the root/stem





turn onion 90 degrees cut again



onions will be nicely diced



step 6:

add garlic and olive oil and saute all together





step 7:

add ingredients- order doesnt really matter



















step 8:

mix



step 9:

add cumin (to taste)



step 10:

add chili powder (to taste)



step 11:

add chili seasoning, i like lawry's



if you like spicy add hot sauce.

i use "the hottest john teshing sauce"



top with sharp cheddar and sour cream, eat with sourdough bread.

enjoy.

some grilled and raw onions on top and it's be a plus, plus!

the recipe was pretty much to throw everything into a pot for a long time

the hot sauce in the pic is the one i use, my buddy bought it for me in new orleans, from a hot sauce store.

making chili takes a loonnnnnng time, def something to consider if you have one of those crockpots.
