noob question... is there anyway to figure out what camera was used to take a picture by looking at the image file on a computer?

also the g can already run mid 13s stock and the hks intakes adds an estimated 10 extra hp and the exhausts add like 8 so yeah it should shove off about 1.5 to 2 sec off my times

Depending on how they saved it, and where they uploaded it you can view the EXIF data.
On flickr you can often view more info about the image

On other sites like photobucket you can just save it, then right click the image and go to properties. In the last tab you can view details, or view details>advanced and you will be able to see the EXIF data which will provide data such as camera and depending on the camera/settings it will even tell you the lens or focal length used.

+1 to awdark.
Only problem is that users on flickr, like me, hide our EXIF data.
I found looking up other's EXIF to be a great help in figuring out how to use my camera.

if you use opera, just right click an image and if the exif data has not been stripped, it will show under 'image properties'
one of the main reasons i use this browser, rofl.
