Neo Tokyo is a free mod that is being released on July 3rd.

You can download and play this game for free if you own any source engine game like HL2, TF2, CS: Source

Actually this mod looks really interesting , I just found out about it a few days ago on planethalflife.com . Looks like a pretty good total conversion.

if u dont have any source engine games u can get Hl2 : Deathmatch for free, which would enable you to play NeoTokyo still

That is the trailer; I am playing it for my first time now.

Kind of slow paced; but I can see how it is supposed to be a more team oriented game with different classes and abilities you get for picking up the Ghost.
