but I feel so fat during those times when I can't help but eat everything in sight. After that though my appetite either goes back to normal or decreases

1. Fresh baked chocolate chip cookies.
2. Fresh baked brownies.
3. Snickers.
I normally don't like chocolate/sweets.

I actually started my period last night. This past weekend I swear I could eat a zebra. Or something. Hahah. I ate so much - ice cream, cake, Mexican food, French fries, burgers - every day. It doesn't help that the weekends are my grace periods... Which means I don't exercise at all. Hahah. Today, I drank a diet coke, ate half a bowl of rice with myul chee, which I couldn't finish, and half a bag of sun dried chips or whatever they're called... and that's about it. I exercise two hours every weekday. I guess it's not that bad (minus the carb intake, ugh).

I don't get a raging appetite, but my weight tends to fluctuate up a few pounds, which kinda makes me freak out. But then I realize it's just a sign that my period is coming. Then my weight goes back down to normal.

Then period starts and for 3-4 days my appetite is superlow and I absolutely loathe fatty stuff.

Yeaaaah exactly! This entire summer break so far I've been eating healthy and have been staying away from junk food, but suddenly the week before I have my period I indulge in all of the stuff I swore I wouldn't go near. -____-

one of my friends only eats one meal a day before/during her period
but for me, i eat like a PIG. i mean, i already eat a lot but
when on period i eat like. . . 2,000 kcal a day! but i don't gain weight afterwards so it's alright
