Or check this page for a pregnancy risk assessment.
Edit:
Spotting, etc.: It definitely is not implantation bleeding, because that can only happen a few days after conception. It's possible he broke your hymen. But whether your hymen is broken or not has nothing to do with pregnancy risks. You can still get pregnant with a hymen, or if you're a virgin (whatever that means to you), as long as his live sperm comes in contact with your vagina.'
To sum up from the pages I linked you:
You have a small risk of pregnancy. Depending on where you live, maybe you can get emergency contraception if it has been less than 120 hours since the risk.
Other important points: If you feel nauseous, get headaches, etc., the things you've heard that people feel when they get pregnant, don't freak out, because they're probably just the results of stress. The symptoms of pregnancy don't appear until at least one month in.

Now a couple of questions:
- was it sperm or his lube? Was is a clear liquid, or whitish? I don't know, I find it unlikely that a guy would deliberately use sperm
- what day of your cycle was it (a period is counted from the first day of your actual period to the first day of the next one)?
If it was in the interval 10-20, then high chances of getting pregnant. If it was days 1-10, or 20-30 it's less likely. This is because you technically can only get pregnant for 24 hours every month. That's extended to a week because sperm can live for 3 days inside a woman, and while typical women ovulate on day 15, that can be early or later. HOWEVER, not every woman obeys this rule, some women ovulate all over the place, even during your period or right before it, some ovulate more then once a month. ESPECIALLY young people. So if you're thinking of using this rule as a contraceptive method - think again.
- what day of your cycle are you now? A pregnancy test is ONLY VALID if you're 7 days late for your period. And AT LEAST 2 weeks from the "event". So a test now is useless. Also, don't get paranoid about other symptoms like nausea, bloatedness or tiredness - these appear a month into a pregnancy, so whatever happens now, you're just induced it yourself since you're freaking out.

Another thing I want to add: THIS IS WHY GUYS SHOULDN'T "POP" THEIR 'HEADS' IN AND EXPECT EVERYTHING TO BE OKAY AND WHY GUYS SHOULD NOT USE THE PULL-OUT METHOD.
Oh, and, another thing to worry about besides pregnancy is the risk of STDs. Test, test, test. You guys are young, don't do anything you might regret.

There's a "morning after pill" that you can take if you're really worried. It's usually for raped victims to insure they don't get pregnant after. Just drop by a teen clinic or ask your doctor for perscriptions.

about a week ago my boyfriend and i got to second base (touching - fingering) we've done this before but i guess this time it was different, he went in a little farther than usual. well when we were getting into it, he rubbed a little sperm on his finger and put his finger back into my vagina.. i know it may sound crazy but can you get pregnant from this or am i over reacting and thinking too much? also, im still a virgin and never ever had an actual intercourse so maybe i am a little bleh for thinking this. but then when i went to bathroom i was spotting a little because i saw tiny blots of blood on my underwear...
so what do you guys think? do you think i can get pregnant from this? should i wait till i get my period and take the pregnancy test? i need your help please!!
thank you (:
I need you to understand that is not normal behavior for guys to do that to girls. You have one odd boyfriend please reconsider your relationship. This is what we term "escalation". It appears you are pretty young and have to realize you need to take responsibility for your part in this. You can't one day find out your pregnant by accident!
Things to think about:
Can you afford to raise a kid? Will your parents still let you live with them? Can your boyfriend pay for your kids medical bills and help pay for schooling? Do you want to eliminate the rest of your life as a non-parent and start parenthood soon?
If you answer no to any of the above - practice safe intimate behavior ~ which means not playing with sperm like that! More then likely you are fine and you have already received excellent responses. I just find it odd the whole sperm finger thing.

Consider birth control in the near future if escalation continues as it does not appear your bf believes in safe habits.

Um, what ?
You lose your virginity when the male's penis is inserted into a female's vagina. Her boyfriend used his finger.
but why the hell did your boyfriend put it on his finger?
<.<
Well, he could just be using his sperm as lube ? But yes, its a very stupid thing to do.
Anyways, I suggest getting a pregnancy test, just in case.

How can it NOT be likely, if he put sperm on his finger and stuck it up there? Others like suzushii already said most of what I agree with, so I'll spare repeating it.
And like kinein said, that is NOT normal behavior for a guy to do that to a girl. It's stupid and reckless and selfish on his part because if HE messes up and you get pregnant, he's not the one who has to suffer most of the consequences. Honestly I've never even heard of a guy doing that to a girl and as I read the OP all that was going through my head was "What? Why?"

some people have different definitions of losing their virginity. i know some people that think a girl that lets a guy do everything to her (except putting it in), and breaks her hymen with his fingers and they don't think she's a virgin. and i know another group of people that has your type of definition. but it just depends on the person.
and no, i don't think your pregnant. but yeah i'm not a doctor either, so idk.
