So i wanted to tell him how i feel...
Hi *insert name*
I think you are a great, funny, and fun to talk to guy, but I don't think this would work out. I'm sorry, i don't feel the same way. I think you should save it for someone else who is more suitable for you and also feels the same way, unlike me.
sorry.
UHm.....should i add anything else?
does is sound a little mean?
HOW do you make a rejection letter sound nice?
well just edit anything if you have an opinion.
i know i sound really harsh or mean at the moment of what i am doing.
You've always been there.<3

lolol nice rejection, what an oxymoron.
I agree
Should've just rejected him when he asked instead of doing stuff like this.

but then giving it to him as a letter can also be worse because that is like a physical manifestation of the rejection, if u just told him then he could still try forget about it,

Should've told him your feelings as well.
It was the perfect moment to break someone's heart.

Why didn't you just tell him how you felt when he told you he likes you?

rejection's rejection. No letter, no matter how nice it is will fix the fact that he did get rejected
But if you do it face to face, least he knows you still have respect for him
