you don't sound too fat/skinny

post body picture please.
numbers can be deceiving
muscle mass, where the fat is distributed the most, etc can make a person look heavier/skinnier than expected.

I know how you feel because everyone tells me the same.
It's because I have a pear shape and some would judge me on my waist while others would judge me on my hips and thighs.

It's best if you posted a picture.
Also, just ignore them. Be proud of your body biggrin.gif

You sound like your healthy. I can't believe there are people out there that call others fat, tells you a lot about what kind of person they are. You shouldn't be bothered by people like that. Tell yourself that they're the ones with a problem.

I'm your height and I weigh more than you. You shouldn't even care what others think about you! You should just wear whatever you want! I wear skinny jeans, I don't care what others think about me either I'm fat or non stylish. Others probably put you down to make themselves feel better. Don't think too much of it.

i gained like 7? pounds this year and my mom always calls me fat
im still under the bmi and I'm not worried about my weight as long as I'm healthy
the only thing that makes me depress about my weight is when my mom calls me fat
she says she say it just for my own good and seriously if one day I become anorexic its going be because of her

im just telling u this because I'm in the same situation as you, don't feel so bad
I look fine, I'm not fat. As long as you believe in yourself
you're not over bmi, you're healthy that's all that matters

oh i know how you feel, my family says im really fat
but other people claim im skinny/too skinny
i ignore it, i know im not obese or overweight
but i do know i have some fat here and there and i want to loose it ;3

Same for me though,
some days I look sorta fit
but some days I just look so gross sleep.gif

It all depends on your bmi and stuff,
and just ignore what everyone sayssss, its best :-)

But just keep in mind everyone has their own taste. Generally you should go for the look you want and your own opinion is the important one. Or you want a certain look for your job or to be attractive to someone. Everyone has their own taste.. a few hundred years ago fat and chubby was considered beautiful -- whereas in shape or skinny was considered poor and unattractive.

Then again people were dying in their 20's and 30's as well.

I think it should be how you feel about yourself and not about others look upon you.
Insecurities are the worst you can do your body not to mention your mind.

So dear, go stand in front a full view mirror and take a good look. It's about you feel.

It's like asking 'should I get plastic surgery on my [inserts body part] because people say it looks big or too small.'

Decide for yourself, don't let others make the decision for you.
As long as you're in great health.

Still unsatisfied, well, do something about. If you still think you're fat, don't just there and think about do some action on it.

i think we can judge better if you have pics. it's hard to judge by just height and weight. Some girls' BMI are less than mine, but i look skinnier than them (they were surprised too when i told them my weight). And big hips can be good, if it's proportional to the rest of your body. It all has to do with proportion

according to your weight nd height yu seem pretty good
not really fat at all
i mean if yu get a wow skinny legs frm wearing skinny jeans yu wouldn' be to fat
nd it also depends on ur bbones
if yu hav bigger bones, yu seem to be bigger nd also heavier
but if yu hav samll bones, yu will seem to skinny even if yu hav fat (eg me haha)

It happens. My family tells me I'm 'growing curves' (getting fat) and my friends still call me a toothpick. When I go home, I want to lose weight, but when I'm out with friends, I get self-conscious about being too skeletal. :/

You sound like you're on the skinny side, but I can't be sure w/o pictures.

In my opinion your quite a good weight for your size, not too big nor too smalll!
I understand how you feel about when people say your fat/skinny..
I'm really skinny on my top part (small waist & extremely flat stomach) and quite thick on my bototm part (hips & really thick thighs for my size)..

But just try and ignore them! As long as your happy with your size and whatever YOU believe you are is what you are (: ! did that even make sense o__O? LOL

Relatives always critique you and say harsh things, but it's only because they feel ease in front of you. Don't worry about it, they're simply just trying to tease you. From my point of view, you seem like neither but how are we ought to judge, weight is nothing but a number. We'd like a picture.
