Which one would be better?
I am in grade 12. We can write about any topic we want and it has to be 3-5 minutes.

Which one seems more important? I don't know what else I should write about besides these 2 topics

Elder abuse. People should respect elders moreso than children, and there really isn't THAT much done on elders compared to children. Plus, elders have more things to share, especially this "history" thing every just simply loves and cherishes. Why throw them in some retard house (I think I've been saying it wrong all my life, but no matter) and ignore them?

But I'm impressed, when I did that kind of thing in gr. 12 I wrote about and presented final fantasy and how sephiroth impacts children's lives.

Child abuse is too much of a common topic to write about. Not to mention it seems now adays people don't care/respect elders anymore and not alot of people are aware of this.

Child abuse is taken care of more, if you get me. Like, people talk about about that topic but no one really talks about elder abuse. The elders need the respect that they are not given. They were young too, just because they are old does not mean that they should be ignored. Son's and daughters putting their own parents in this house(no idea what it's called). It's like throwing garbage into the bin. Stupid. I think people should focus more about the elders and give them the respect that they need.

It's not as commonly talked about as child abuse, and sometimes when they have commercials on TV about it, I get really sad lol.

Key word: any. As long as it's well-written and it can clearly be seen that you are passionate about said topic, you'll do well.

So what do you like/what's important? A video game, sport, celebrity, movie, family member, current event, etc. Write about that.

Even better, write about BOF and unrequited love.
