Computer Doesn't Recognise Creative Zen? yellow exclamation mark!

I have a CREATIVE ZEN version and I can't seem to connect it with any computers so far.

When I connect my mp3, the computer does read it, since my mp3 charges, but nothing pops up in the 'my computer' section.

I know it is meant to read as an USB so I don't need to download any drivers.

I went to 'Device Manager' , and theres a yellow exclaimation mark next to the creative zen sign, so I uninstalled it, rebooted the PC but it still doesn't work.

Please help me....I've spent the last few hours searching the internet but nothing seems to work

When you click on My Computer does the Zen show there?

My Zen micro uses mass storage drivers so it doesn't actually have any drivers. If you can try to right click uninstall it and reboot to see if it finds it properly this time.
