Remember the only equipments I have in my house are a 15 pound dumbbell, a 20 pound dumbbell, and a bench. I do push-ups and run as well. Please give me a workout plan so I can achieve the body I want, which is below. Doesn't have to be too long =)

Lee Wan looks average to me. Not that typical skinny Asian guy at all.

btw i'm sorry .. there is a difference between those typez of bodies and the type of bodies that hulk hogan has. of course, the hogan body will require much much much more training ... but i'm not crazy, so I don't want to be bulky as hell. the picture I posted is a great example of a toned, decent body .. well at least for an asian male .. and that's what I'm looking for ... it still requires some weight training and possibly cardio. so I kindly asked for a workout plan that can really help me achieve that body within - who knows. if you don't have anything to contribute buddy, then better off not posting. doubting that I have to do much for that physique? ha. get outta here.

You don't need to do THAT much, really.
My body's almost identical to that and all I did was like 200 pushups a day, which is actually very few.
Ah, and I'm skinny, too, so of course if you're thicker than that, you'll have to lose some flab.

EDIT: Then again, his lats, shoulders and pecs appear to be where he targets most.
A workout guru's gonna come in any minute so just disregard this post.

He needs a pull up bar and unless Im reading incorrectly, he only has one 15 dumbell and one 20 dumbell? If so, he needs a pair of each at least sad.gif.

you do know that not everyone works out both arms back and forth? they can do, for example let's say, 10x bicep curls with left arm, then 10x bicep curls with right arm, and so forth. well that's how I do it normally.

Yes, I do, but I was talking to the person who said you can do p90x. If you do want to do p90x, you need to have a pair.

80% of it is in the diet. you're only going to see abs once you're in the 12% body fat or lower zone (of course this can vary).

You actually don't have to do that much. You just have to lose a lot of fat and be in the 5%-6% body fat zone. Why you would want to look like that I don't understand. Wouldn't you rather be strong than cut?
I won't bother since I won't read the rules and they won't accommodate.

don't you think that body fat % zone is too low? i think thats around the typical professional bodybuilder's ideal area....
