so my friend burned a copy of his photoshop installing cd for me..since i dont have it and i asked him if he could. so he gave it to me today, i stuck it in my computer and tried to install it. however, when i press the button to install photoshop..a message comes up saying, "setup is unable to decompress and copy all of the program files needed to proceed with the installation. contact your software vendor. error 112."

does anybody know what's wrong or if i can do something? sad.gif help would be greatly appreciated.

i think so, because he told me that he burned it, and tried it out and he said it worked fine.

Sure, hahaha I think your disk is broken...
Make a folder somewhere on your drive and copy all the files from the CD into the folder. Try to install... if that fails... then he burned it wrong.

NExt, assuming you have fast internet (not dialup) go visit adobe.com and download the demo of PHotoshop 5.0 LE. And well install that like you would with the cd.
