LOL okay I'm gonna start today biggrin.gif but I already lost weight.. I'll just start from there

Day 1

breakfast: slice of bread + cup of tea
lunch: some fried eggrice and lots of veggies xD

dinner: i was at a 18th birthday party...so i dont REALLY remember what i ate..but i resisted all those cakes and stuffs smile.gif


Day 2

breakfast: got up too late so i didnt have breakfast
lunch: we were invited to a friend of mine..had bbq T-T and i drank TONS of water
dinner: porridge biggrin.gif

You could YouTube many exercise videos. Like pilates, yoga, etc! You can't go out? Maybe even run around your house a few times? You could always run up and down the stairs too if needed! But good luck~!

Day 1:

Breakfast - 1 banana, wheat bread, tuna, 1 cup of green tea
Lunch - 2 Quaker rice cakes (salt-free), white raspberry yogurt, 1 banana, water
Snack - 1 peanut butter granola bar and green tea
Dinner - Baked hamburger in wheat bread topped with lettuce and tomatoes, w/ light mayo; 1 plate of caesar salad, chocolate soymilk

*Woke up at around 5 a.m. and ran at the beach at around 6, for an hour. smile.gif

b-im just gonna have a peach. and some water. im not that hungry.
l-a bit of a burrito, half a muffin. more fruit.
d-some fish, some sponge cake with a bit of ice cream, some mashed potatoes. and idk... stuff.

exercise-i walked/ran for 30 mins, and did some less strenuous wakling around for a long time later.
not that much... sad.gif

day 6 [ i believe ]

breakfast: oatmeal, toast
lunch: Tim Horton's sausage breakfast sandwich with hash brown
dinner: some rice, some meat, some veggies, some tofu .

exercise:
i played tennis today. and i'm like half dead.
and some random dancing to music

Oopps i havent updated LOL. well the weekends I don't workout as much because I usually hang out My fault LOL. And since today is Monday and I have SAT prep class... and I haven't done the homework and the class starts late sooo i cant do much. I feel so embarrased running around my neighborhood LOL. Cause I'm afraid I might see someone on the street that I know xD. you know what I think i might exercise a bit right now on this... machine that hasn't been working for years oh well, gotta get my heart bumped up!!!

Day 4 i believe?

Breakfast: 2 boiled eggs with not as much rice xD
Lunch: I had chicken terriyaki again LOL. But I shared it with my friend and i at most of the veggie xD.
Dinner: ooo... that was bad.. i had scrambled eggs and chinese sausage and rice blah my daddy was making it x_x.

I ate mangos at night too x___x LOL.

Today is Day 5... So I'll just see what I can eat. But I'll just update my breakfast first

Breakfast: One boiled egg, with rice.. and this sausage thing my mom made. she made it, i cant push it away x_x.

Lunch: Hot dog bread with soymilk aha... >.<

Dinner: I had shrimp, rice, scrambled egg, chinese sausage, and.... asparagus LOL. & rice.

I feel like im failing already LOL. I MUST PICK IT UP BY TOMORROWWWW!!!

Oh yeah I got a scale on day 3 LOL. I forgot to say that. I checked my weight and im 154 omggg -______-. im considered obese for a 60-61 inch height xO! BLAHH. FIGHTINGGG! I must lose 40lb!

Day 2!!

Breakfast: A (big sweatingbullets.gif ) bowl of frosted flakes cereal

Lunch: Turkey Sandwich. (i swear i didnt put cheese XD)

Dinner: Rice, chicken, fish, and greens

Excercises: Jump rope (200 jumps), and hula hoop (10 mins), ab workouts, a little bit of yoga

It's the second day! Well, atleast for me... C'mon you guys, we can do this!!!! biggrin.gif

Day 5

i don't think i'm going to lose much at this rate, so i have to amp it up a bit on exercising... or just stop eating so much XD

-ran .75 miles (felt really lazy...) and walked .5 miles
-did half a Tae-Bo workout

-breakfast: toast + strawberry jam
-lunch: fried rice, toast + strawberry jam
-dinner: chinese zong zhi (sticky rice)
-snack: lots...

must get back on track ><

20lb in a month is kinda unrealistic, that's almost 5lb a week o_o can't be healthy lol

but anyways, i'm in too!

Dinner: Rice, meat, gua [300]
exercise: 1 mile walk

Day 5:

Breakfast: same as day 4 [300]
Lunch: pizza, soda, chips [600] T^T no good
Snack: Spam Musubi [300]
Dinner: Pizza
exercise: 40min hike
T____T bad bad day.

Day 6:

Breakfast: cereal [150]
Lunch: French bread with ham &borscht macaroni [460]
Snack: Cereal [150]
Dinner: Rice, sausage, veggies [380]
exercise: jump rope, 1 hour walk, pushups, &weights

Okay, so I know I'm joining late, but this is perfect. School starts for me in exactly one month (well, a month from the day before yesterday, but whatever). And I want to lose weight before then! I won't be able to do much working out in the next week or so because I'll be traveling, so I'll mostly be focusing on what I eat. I'm a big snacker, so I'm going to bring some healthy snacks with me on my trip and plan on not drinking anything but water, etc. I'll let you guys know how it went for me when I get back in a few weeks!

I'll be walking around and doing stuff outside a lot while I'm out of town, so I'll be active, just not working out until I get back. (: I'm excited to see how this goes!
