that's not all i ate for dinner..
i got some rice and ate it with fish(:
which was probably like a billion calories![]()
Drinks - Water, soy milk, green tea, guava juice
Exercise - stretched, used dumbbells and did 8 minute abs
i didn't do much today because i'm still sore from yesterday, but
i hope i'll feel better tomorrow.

guys, i just weighed myself..
and i just gained 2 pounds O.o
why is that ? *sigh*
ive been staying around the same weight for quite a while now.
actually, i started to lose weight in the beginning of of the summer..
starting at 130lbs and i got to 123 but ive been this weight for like a month now -__-

OKAY. Well I didn't get around to starting it until a few days after positng 0-0
Cuz I'm so
Uhmsss...
So basically, for the past six days, I've been:
-Walking on the treadmill for 30-60 minutes each MORNING (I heard it's better to exercise in the morning)
-Working out every other day for around 20 min or so (I do backward lunges, sit-ups, etc. etc.)
-Dancing for like... 5 min or so? XD LOL. Basically the length of one/two songs
-Eating healthier (more protein b/c I rarely ever get that; more greens; less sweets/junk food)
-I drink a cup of green tea every morning b/c I heard it increases metabolism x]
-After a nice morning workout I have a healthy smoothie ^^ (banana, milk, yogurt - you can use any flavor)
I've lost like... 3/4 pounds so far x]

Coffee upon waking up
20 minute power walk
10 minutes simply walking
~65 sit-ups/crunches
A few push-ups
Drank that cinnamon honey weight loss drink (bleh ><)
Ate a banana 1/2 an hour later for lunch (woke up late)
Ate a boiled egg a bit later for a snack
Small salad, boiled vegetables and a 3/4 a small piece of maple glazed salmon for supper
Stretches
35 minutes running on treadmill
~100 sit-ups/crunches
The other half of that ungainly cinnamon honey drink
Gonna switch the power walk in the morning to fasted HIIT tomorrow...

Breakfast: Watermelon (30)
Lunch: 5 dumplings (340)
Snack: Watermelon (20)
Dinner: Sausage, salad, rice, &fishballs (500)
Exercise: 2 mile walk and jump roping.

Like today, I ate nothing but ice cream basically...

haha!! usually ppl "lose" weight, during the summer...yet, somehow, i've managed to "gain" weight... [[i've been playing too many video games + eating junk!!]] >.> my bf looooooves my body, now that i'm "curvier" && don't have "little boy legs" anymore -.- ...but every time i see myself in my skinny jeans, i wanna cry... *pouts*

Morning Exercise - I was going to walk for one hour this morning, but i didn't feel good and
ended up walking for 5 minutes >.< but after that i did some kickboxing cardio
and namaste yoga.
Afternoon Exercise - walked to my cousins house, which took 10 minutes haha

I woke up really late...
so I didn't botter eating until now...
&it's like 2:30 PM right now...
so yea BRUNCH: banana... dunno how many calories... hahaha fail...
snack: at least a pint of ice cream & peach
dinner: 2 green pepers & cong you bing. [it's like asian flat bread.
exercise: 38 mins of hula hoopinf.
I feel sluggish... but not hungry.
is that weird?

Weight: currently 110.5 lbs in the morning after peeing (i didn't have a functioning scale when i started a few days before so i don't know my exact starting weight!)
Goal: 105 lbs (many may think this is too low but i swear to god all the weight just deposits its merry self on my hips, booty, and thighs. my torso never gains/loses weight no matter how much it fluctuates! i'm aiming to loose body fat and most importantly GAIN muscle. so if i end up with more that 105 lbs but within the range of measurements i want then i'm OK! :] )
soo i started exercising on tuesday but i didn't change my diet until thursday so i guess today is officially day 3! i hiked [uphill] 4 miles on tuesday, and wed/thurs/fri i ran 30 min on the treadmill.
today i ate:
~oatmeal, coffee
~blueberry/flax/banana smoothie
~small bit of a pastrami hoagie
~pork siopao
~applesauce
