Weight dropped: 1kg
Breakfast: scrambled eggs (2 eggs) + 1 kiwi
Lunch: 2 pieces of bread + nutella spread
Mid-Afternoon: Marigold Low Fat Yoghurt (strawberry) + All Natural Peanut butter (ya i eat peanut butter frm the jar XD its homemade <3)
Exercise: Turbo Jam Cardio Part Mix 1

Lunch - tuna sandwich
Snack - honey flavored twisted snack; sooo goood!
Dinner - spaghetti
Afternoon Exercise - dumbbells & sit ups. the weather is really really
hot today. it feels like i've been in a sauna all day!
so far i've only lost 3 pounds. it's not a lot, but i'll try my best this week.
i haven't been exercising enough! -__-

i'm down to 106.8 this morning! woooo. i'm so close to 105 lbs! i haven't been this low since... two years ago.
anyways,
breakfast: banana/pineapple/apple juice smoothie
lunch: 4 scrambled egg whites w/ 1 slice of turkey, a bit of cheese, & ketchup
snack: bowl of cornflakes
dinner: onion bagel
exercise: 30 min treadmill

Day 2!
breakfast; banana, water, chocolate waffle sticks thingy
lunch; cup noodle, water, peaches, grapes
snack; cookies, water, asian rice cracker
dinner; more cup noodles
exercise; crunches, squats, revrse curls, jumpe rope for 5mins!
Day 3:
breakfast; banana, peach, water
lunch; asian cup noodles, some weird fruit my mom bought, water
snack; asian crackers, water, cookies,
dinner; a hot pocket, water
exercise; push ups, chair dip, crunches, chess press, jump rope for 2 mins i think! got kind of lazy!
i dont kno why but im not losing weight but my thighs look skinnier! is tat normal?
things like ramen might take up to several days to digest
& cookies are filled with refined sugar.
try eating more fiber and complex carbs.

-Ate some unhealthy food (cookies/pancakes for lunch...) T.T Bad habits.
Day 14

I'm focusing a bit more on exercising than counting calories, but I'm trying to eat less in general ^^
Just finished running, feel super sweaty but accomplished, haha~

Brunch: Fried rice + 2 green peppers + 16 oz. of green tea.
Snack: watermelon
Dinner: 3 pieces of sushi. YUMMY... + 16 oz. of green tea
Exercise: OCK's Yoga tape. + Random twitching movements to Kara's Wanna. xP
I forgot to tell my dad that I was dieting,
& so he made me this HUGE plate of fried rice
& since I almost always eat everything on my plate...
I was like Stuffed.
Still kinda amm...
& it's been like a hour... >.<
edit:
my dad came home this afternoon,
& was like, "what happened to all the fried rice?"
& I was like I thought all of it was for me?"
Turns out it wasn't....
I almost started crying...

I'm eating smaller portions in generals and did a load of exercises :]
I feel really great after I exercise. Anyone else? Yeap!

Lunch: 2 pieces of bread + nutella spread
Mid-Afternoon: 7 small squares of Ritter Sport Dark Chocolate with Hazelnuts (i have a weakness for chocolate..
Dinner: 2 fishballs + 3 chinese meatballs
Exercise: Turbo Jam Cardio Part Mix 1
o well its THAT time of the month again. my mum always pay special attention to my diet at dis time of the month.. (like she makes sure i eat enough)
i was like doing my workout halfhearted 'cause i was tired (im owaes tired during my period)
nonetheless, HWAITING!! i will make it through!

Lunch - yogurt with crushed cereal inside.
Snack - cherries, a couple corn chips and a piece of bread..
Dinner - brown rice, fish soup & meet & for dessert i had ice cream!
Drinks - Water & soy milk
Exercises - Dumbbells, sit ups, yoga

Day 5!
breakfast: i had nothing
lunch: some asian red sauce chicken my mom made! it had a lot of oil in it so i prolly gain 5 pounds!
snack: asian crackers & ruffles
dinner: watermelon, half of a hot pocket, & an orange.
exercise: lunges, reverse curls, crunches, squats, jump roping 150 turns & more!
umm, well im trying 2 slim down my thighs & the exercises im doing helped but im use 2 it so its not so helpful anymore!
anyone knows any new exercise that can help me!
well exercises that i dont need any dumbells & stuff
cause i dont have any of those stuff.

I didn't exercise today because i've been hanging out with my friend

Okay so I guess today is DAY 1
Breakfast- grapes
Lunch- Rice, Soup, and Side Dishes
(This is were i messed up) Snacks- 2 one serving packages of korean cookies and korean bread
Dinner- haven't had yet
Excersice- I mowed the lawn this morning -.-
well thats it so farr~
Does anyone know how to make your legs slimmer?
like your calves? Since i work out and walk a lot they sort of bulge, and thats not what i was trying to achieve :/
If anyone knows how to slim your legs down, it would be very appreciated if you could tell me~ Thank you!
