* i know i said i would stop eating ice cream.. but its like the only food in the house.. thats actually good.. lols.. and since it was ice cream bought from costco.. its like there's a lot of ice cream.. but there's like not a lot left now~ lol.. i can see why i haven't lost any weight.. because i keep eating ice cream.. =( but its too good! i'm done eating ice cream though.. for real this time. i need to stop eating junk food!
OMG! same same.. My mom buys ice cream like every single weekend! grrrr. I keep telling myself just one bite. then i end up eating half the thing -.-"

Day 1- Day 3I spent at least an hour doing cardio. and Half an hour strenght training. My diet was ok but could have done better.
Day 4I didn't exercise at all!!! and ate aton of ice cream -.-
Day 5★ 45 mins of walking
L: Smoothie, scrambled eggs [~300]
S: Cheeze its, Oreos [~300]
★ 4 miles
D: Pasta [~500]
★ Lunges, Steps ups, 8min abs, Pushups, Jumpropes.
➜ less than 2 liters of water

Okie. I think I workouted pretty well today. All i need to fix is my diet. 
Stats:
Height- 5'2
Current Weight- 117
Goal Weight- I'd be so happy just to be at 114 LOL... I'ma take things slow

Hey guys.. I totally forgot to update.. & now I forgot what I ate/did on DAY 3.
anyways, yesterday :
______ DAY 4 ?'
Breakfast : Honey Nut Cheerios w/ Fat Free Milk, watermelon wedge
Lunch : Spaghetti w/ meat sauce
Dinner : Stir fry water spinach w/ fish & shrimps & 1/3? cup of rice (very very little)
no exercises o___________o
today..
______ DAY 5
Breakfast : Honey Nut Cheerios w/ Fat Free Milk
Lunch : Bread w/ salmon,onion,slices of hotdog,&tomato
Dinner : Egg noodles w/shrimps,prawns,leeks&bean sprouts in oyster sauce
snacks : watermelon wedge, 3 lychees, 1/3 mango
exercises: 1.3 hours of walking.. yeahh.. weak..
I'm pretty much slacking off these days, but yesterday I checked & somehow.. I lost 4 pounds O.O
& today I gained .5 kg alreaddy, gotta do REAL exercises tomorrow =)

DAY 7 - (August 7, 2009)what i ate: i ate a lot today.. i like stopped eating fast food for awhile.. but i actually ate wendy's spicy chicken sandwich meal today.. and godiva chocolate.. frozen yogurt at the mall.. and some sun chips...
exercise: didn't do any today.. but i walked around the mall for a few hours.. lol..
* BUT, the good news is, i went to safeway today and bought HEALTHY FOODS ONLY!! finally.
starting tommorow i am going to eat healthier. no joke. its because i didn't go out to buy healthy food and in the house, there was only ice cream and unhealthy foods pretty much... SO NO MORE!! i'm really serious this time. even though i've been saying i'm going to eat healthier tommorow, it never happened.. but since now i bought only healthy foods, i can officially start my diet plan starting tommorow!!

Breakfast:
1 cup of milk
1 slice of bread with cheese spread
3 glasses of water
Lunch: KFC take-out
1 piece chicken thigh
1 mashed potato side dish
1 macaroni salad side dish
3 glasses of water
Dinner:
1 piece fish
1 blueberry muffin (small size)
3 glasses of water
Activity:
20-minute walkFast foods are my major weakness. I eat excessively everytime.

goal: l05-108lbs
breakfast: a nectarine, a bowl of oatmeal with yoghurt and bananas
lunch: an apple, a bowl of tomato fried eggs
dinner: ...plan on going to that greek food festival downtown.=X
exercises: an hour walking... will do some turbo sculpting.

what i ate: 2 cups of organic chocolate soymilk, 1 banana, 4 pieces of mozzarella string cheese, some french bread, 6 small pieces of godiva's dark chocolate covered cherries and 1 piece of godiva's cashew raspberry caramel cluster.. (gah... chocolate is too good.. but no more from now on!!)
exercise: did 300 jumpropes & stretching with yoga ball.

Well, I'm going to start really late, but that just means I'll have to work hard for 30 days like everyone else still, right? ^^;;;

Weight: ~112 lbs (fluctuates because of water retention)
Goal Weight: 103-105 lbs
The weight loss would be a plus, but I just really need to get fit and shave about 2 or 3 inches off my thighs, "abs" (if you can even call them that), and stomach. >.<

Activity:
I m going to be working tomorrow
but I will try to do the 8 minute ab workout
and 10 minutes of leg lifts
and then on tuesday I'll start the gm diet

yeah, uhmmm starvation isn't going to work.
you just have to eat a lot of protein and keep your metabolism going by eating something every two hours or so.
tuna, chicken breast, milk, protein shakes, almonds, etc. have a lot of protein.

Day 1
Breakfast:
- 1 mini chocolate croissant (ugh, I caved already D: ) (120)
- 1 small green fig (30)
- Half a cup of Vanilla Silk soymilk with about a cup of cereal (50 + 165 = 215 TT_TT )
Lunch:
- Pomegranate Blue Honest-Ade Tea (45)
- 1 Probiotic bar (100)
- 1/2 Dragon fruit (30)
- 1/2 a banana (55)
- 1 oz of cooked salmon (48)
- little bit of cooked vegetables (80)
Snack:
- 1/4 cup of a nuts and dried fruit mix (120)
- 2 squares of 80% Godiva dark chocolate (15)
Power-walked/jogged for 2 miles (in 94 degree weather nonetheless xD !)
- 1 Bottle of water
Dinner:
- 1/2 Fuji Apple (40)
- Other 1/2 of the banana from lunch (55)
- Tofu "jerky" - 12 pieces about the width and length of a middle finger (dunno~ 80? 100?)
- 1/2 Kiwi (23)
- Pecans (160, damn)
- 1 oz cooked salmon
Well, I guess the first day back on a sort of diet is always tough-- Hopefully I'll do better tomorrow and cut out more unnecessary carbs like cereal and then junk like tofu jerky and dark chocolate squares. =/

Well... it's been 25 days since this began.. and I in total lost 7lbs... yeah, kind of sad but hey, least I lost some, but I see no difference.

what i ate: 3 cups of organic chocolate soymilk, 2 pieces of whole wheat bread with 7 pieces of smoked ham deli sandwich meat, some pieces of no salted oven roasted almonds, like half a bag of butter popcorn =/, 2 and a half pieces of pho spring rolls and honeydew bubble tea with tapioca balls, some pieces of bread with little pieces of garlic, and corn.
exercise: only did some stretching.. but thats all =/ i know, i need to start running on the treadmill again.. and continue to do jumpropes.
* i weighed myself this morning and i lost .5 lbs. lol.. hopefully i can keep losing weight!!

Day 1 went well, havent had anything other than what is posted.
Its a good thing I have my period, I feel too disgusted to eat lol.
I dont think I m going to end up doing those exercises though
cramps are killing me.
Tomorrow I m starting the GM diet,

slice of mushroom pizza (i read that pizza can be good for diet in moderation)

2500 Jumpropes
random dancing in between breaks after 500 jumpropes
DAY TWO

8 minute stretch
8 minute abs
8 minute arms
Morning:
cereal w/ skim milk
one waffle
orange juice
snack:
celery sticks
water
1/2 of pb sandwich
lunch:
turkey sandwich
water

1/2 of pb sandwich

korean curry with rice. lots of it.

10:00 PM: 2600 jumpropes
-must learn to cut out the pb sandwich, and find better snacks. and eat less of everything.
