day 1 (oh how i hate starting over)

breakfast: none, woke up at 2 am LOL sad.gif
lunch: oatmeal
snack:english muffin with cream cheese, low cal soy ice cream thing
dinner: bit of chicken breast
snack: very filling, low cal chocolate banana smoothie (i absolutely loooooooooooooooooooooooooove these!)

my weight this morning was 114.6 lbs sad.gif
i'm not going to weigh myself again until next week because weighing myself every day like last time made me too obsessive.

oh and i'm planning to do 8 min abs, 8 min buns, pushups, and situps later tonight before my shower smile.gif (i don't do cardio on weekends)

Day 4 081609

• breakfast : cheerios w/ fat free milk

• lunch : 1 crossiant ;( .. 3 strawberries

• dinner : rice w/ fish&tomato, bowl of egg drop crab soup (?).. wedge of honeydew

• drinks : water & milk from bf

• exercises : 1 hr morning walk..
1 hr hula hooping & squats & random exercises ..

no yoga or dancing today.. i didn't get enough privacy ;(
& i totally regret eating that crossiant, RAWR .

Yesterday was an epic fail, I ate so much I m too scared to weigh myself lol
My mum was overseas for a few months and she came back yesterday
I got too happy and ate, and ate, and ate sad.gif
Today's back to dieting!

DAY 9 August 18(GD's solo album is out biggrin.gif)
B: 1 bowl of oats with honey ~165
L: 250g of strawberries, 1 pear ~83+95
D: 1 Apple, 1 pear, 1 mandarin, 300ml of non-fat soymilk ~65+95+50+108

20 min run w/ intervals

breakfast: none, woke up at 2 am again. vacation really screwed up my sleeping schedule >:[

snacks: bit of teriyaki chicken w/ rice and 1 piece of california roll, sun chips, apple juice
dinner: i think we're having steak kabobs

exercise: 8 min buns, 8 min abs, stretching

1 slice of bread with cheese spread
1 glass of pineapple juice
3 glasses of water

Dinner:
2 slices of watermelon
1 piece fish
1 cup of yogurt
3 glasses of water

Activity:
50-minute walk


Day 13 - August 18, 2009

Breakfast:
1 cup of oatmeal
3 glasses of water

Lunch:
1 grapefruit
1 slice of bread with cheese spread
1 glass of blueberry juice
3 glasses of water

Dinner:
4 pieces whole wheat crackers
1 cup of yogurt
3 glasses of water

Activity:
2-hour walk


Went to the library earlier. And mind you, it has no elevators. smile.gif

Ran some errands and then had college orientation, didn't have time to make something for lunch so made a quick stop at Dairy Queen.

I did 2 hours of workout consisting of pushups, mile runs, jumping jacks, squats, and leg lifts.
Swimming and doing water polo later this afternoon.

Yesterday I had a heavy dinner of soba noodles, a banana, apple and pear lol. ate so much!
I m starting GM again today

Btw, I listened to GD's album on youtube, its pretty good smile.gif

^ haha, the first thing i thought about this morning was GDragon's album, i spazzed so much !
The mv was cool, but the hair.. well it was.. okay lol, but i love GD's & Dara's track ;D

Day 6 081809

• breakfast : organic soymilk .. 5 spoonful of cheerios

• lunch : sticky rice w/ corn & fried shallots (no idea wats it called) .. 1 apple

• dinner : ONE SLICE OF PIZZA ;0 & some fish.. 1/2 mango, 1/2 wedge of honeydew

• drinks : water , soymilk from bf, oolong tea

• exercises : ock ju hyun's yoga (40min)
turbo jam cardio party mix 1 (43 min)
1 hr or more walking after dinner & 15 min dancing..

dinner was so bad today, i felt likee.. 130% full ;0

I'm going to Korea for a few weeks biggrin.gif so i will re-start the 30 Day Challenge when i get there..

* I haven't updated in a few days.. but i have been exercising everyday and i have been eating pretty much mostly healthy foods and eating less.. so i didn't stop the 30 day challenge or anything, BUT, i'm leaving to Korea tommorow, so I will start the diet again when i'm there.

The first day of GM went well I had a slice of pineapple instead of apple
tomorrow is vegetable day!

DAY 11 August 20
B: 1 potato
L: 1 sweet potato
D: Carrot, brocoli, cauliflower

kntine: I like 'Hello' with dara too! dara sounds really good in it!
and I love CL's rap in the leader and i like korean drema with taeyang!
actually i love the whole album, breathe, butterfly, heartbreaker, gossip man etc.
the only song i dont like is 'she's gone'
i dont know why i love his blonde hair, i usually hate it when asians have blonde hair haha

2 celery stalks w/ peanut butter

1 8oz glass V8 fusion
Activity
20 crunches
20 reverse crunches
20 pushups
20 squats
15 min walk to park (15 min bakc), played with little sister
30min treadmill - incline intervals

I'm in my first year of college, so I still live at home and am limited to when my parents go to the grocery store. sad.gif I'm tired of eating the same thing. lol.

Day 6
B: rice and meat soup
S: nachos
L: Buffet, mostly string beans and chicken
D: skip
water
too much walking

Day 7
B: half of a bagel with cream cheese, bowl of cereal with skim, o.j
S: more nachos! beef jerkey. whole carrot. sweet top bun
L: steak salad (took out most of steak), very little macaroni salad
S: icecream
D: skip
too much walking

Day 8
B: Heartland Scramble (gave all the bacon&sausage to family..harhar) water
S: few sips of frapp
L: pasta w tomato sauce
D: skip
too much walking

Day 9
B: cereal with skim, 1 waffle
L: ham&cheese sandwich, nachos, celery and carrot sticks
D: curry with rice (meat, potatoes, onions)
11:00pm: 3000 jumpropes

Day 10
B: corn
L: chicken noodle soup in bread bowl
S: ice cream, chocolate
D: skip
....no excercise at all.....badbadbad.

Day 11
7 am: ock joo hyun yoga
B: corn
L: pb sandwich, apple
D: slice of mushroom pizza
