Woah.
I've been busy these past few weeks and didn't get to finish the challenge.
But I only lost 2kgs since I started. sad.gif
I'm gonna try this again once term's done.

weighed myself today! two pounds down. 7 more to go. that doesnt seem too unreasonable? huh.gif
also, about last post, i only had ale for 'lunch' becuase i had lectures/tutes from 11-5. and i also had breakfast and dinner dates.
todayyyy
breakfast: yoghurt and cup of strawberries
lunch: kimbab, sweet potato and a green tea
dinner: turkey and cheese salad with green tea
exercise: 30 minutes swimming and 20 minutes brisk walking

weight: 107 lbs.
goal: 95 lbs.

12 lbs. in one month is what I'm vying for! I hope I can do it, although I am not sure if it's possible to be healthy and lose that much in one month. But I have real easy access to the gym/sports, since I live on campus so I have no excuse. And also, I was thinking maybe everyone could take a picture of what they look like at the beginning of the challenge and then one at the end? Just a suggestion anyway.

oh no! I went away for awhile and i completely forgot about this!
I guess I have to start again lol..
Tomorrow I m going to start having many really tiny meals
B(7am): oats with honey 195
4 cups of green tea
S(8am): rice cracker 40
S(9am): banana 135
S(11am): special k bar 89
750mls of water
S(1pm): rice cracker 40
S(3pm): lesnack 86
S(5pm): body wise bar 83
750mls of water
S(7pm): 250ml lite soy milk 102
750mls of water
and I might go to the gym

so today i had:
half of sub sandwich
water
9 pcs of chicken nuggest biggrin.gif
yummy kimchi nooodles
half a row of vanilla oreos...... blush.gif
cup of 2 % fat milk
a few pieces of hot cheetos (spicy food yuM!)
another bottle of water
i played tennis for an hour
and some more hot cheetos as i am typing this.................... lol

So basically, I need to lose about 16 pounds by Winter Break, which starts December 20. There's like 13 weeks until then. Is it possible to lose 16 pounds? If it's possible, I would like to lose 21 pounds so I can be 115. dry.gif

even though i havent updated everyday, i still did the 30 day challenge.
went from 57 to 55kg.
not that much, but its still a start. it would be lovely to keep going at this pace though.
my parents noticed i lost weight, which is good.
55kg-> 45kg, here i come! biggrin.gif good luck guys
