day 7 sucked mellow.gif

so..
day 8

"brunch"- scrambled eggs, and hash browns and banana-460 ish calories

dinner- alot!!! what the eff is my problem?!?

crap!! my mom scheduled senior pictures for the end of october!!
now I really got to lose weight sad.gif
k i change my goal for like the 5th time, my goal for the 30 day challenge is to get at least 150
or high 140's! I can do it!


lost weight....but am no where were I would like to be. tommorow Is hardcore diet and exercise I have to!!!!

b: apple juice, chicken rice soup (1/2 cup) & chicken leg (boiled) (sick this morning D:)
l: 1.5 cup of che (viet jelly dessert), apple, nectarine

Start Weight: 118 lbs
Goal Weight: 114 lbs
Current Weight: 116.5 lbs.

Day 07;
Yesterday was a blur...I just remember eating poorly, but not eating a lot o_x;;

Day 08;
B - Plain bagal - ? calories.
L - Random assortment of ppl's food at lunch (I am a freeeeeloader >;D) - ~500 calories.
S - Chewy bar - 90 calories
D - Chicken quesadilla with sour cream, guacamole and fresh tomatoes - 1000 calories, I'll bet!
Total - ...A lot D:

So I weigh myself daily and I usually flux from around 117~118 during the day, but now I'm fluxing from 115~116 so..I updated my current weight. Whooo.

edit: Okay, now that I've had dinner I'm pretty sure I gained a pound or two hahaha.......Ugh.

Ah! Go girls go! Remember to stay healthy and to do these for healthy reasons!
Day 1 which was yesterday:
Height 5'4
Weight: 134 lbs
Goal Weight: 120 lbs -ish, I have tons of muscles, but I have some flub covering those!
Breakfast- egg and a whole wheat bagel!
Lunch: (throughout the day; my usual lunch for years) : Whole wheat turkey sandwich, apple, yogurt, bar thingies
Snacks until dinner besides those listed above: brown rice, corn, tiny tiny piece of fish.
Dinner: Noodles and baked breast chicken!

Exercise: None-- still sick, but I did manage to do some stretches!

wohoo 173~~~ laugh.gif

breakfast-nutrigrain bar
snack-muffin
lunch-small serving of spaghetti
snack-salad
dinner -small rolled tacos.....eh

exercise-walk to and from school=2 miles
zumba in pe today(didnt really participate though dry.gif )
and jillian michaels dvd level 1

probly go walking tonight


omg im doing so much better today!! I have to keep it up biggrin.gif biggrin.gif

Gonna start my 30 day challenge woohoo!!!

Height: 5'8
Starting weight: 150 (T____T so sad)
End of 30 days: 15 pounds
Goal weight: 115-110


~~~+++Day01+++~~~


Breakfast: egg omelet with lettuce in it.
Lunch: Boiled Chicken with lemon, and two slices of cheese. muenster
Dinner: Chicken with lemon, pepper, lemon pepper, and lettuce

~~~+++Day02+++~~~

Breakfast: Pumpkin with cinnamon
Lunch: Left over from dinner no cheese
Dinner: 2 salmon filets (I really only should had one, and now I pay the price) Cauliflower, and muenster cheese


I need to start exercising ~~~~~ But time and tests are killer

Start Weight: 118 lbs
Goal Weight: 114 lbs
Current Weight: 117 lbs.

Day 09;
B - Croissant - 250 calories.
L - Chicken Salad - 300 calories.
S - Chewy bar and a few celery and carrot sticks - 120 calories
S - 1.5 huge cookies and lemonade (my internship place bakes the BEST cookies T_T) - 400 calories.
D - Bulgogi with steamed cabbage and carrots with brown rice and leftover lemonade from my internship - 500 calories.
Total - 1470 calories.

Ummm I kind of gained half a pound haha. I ate a heck lot today.
I kind of feel really full x_x

man. it has been over 2 months since i joined this thread and im still able to maintain my weight smile.gif
ever since school started, i have noticed i have been eating more but i have being more active biggrin.gif

dont give up guys. trust me. i have lost 30 pounds in 3 months and maintaining it smile.gif

Yay!!! I lost five pounds

Height: 5'8

~~~+++Day03+++~~~

Breakfast: bacon and egg omelet
Lunch: Boiled Chicken with lemon, and cauliflower
Dinner: Tilapia and vegetable soup

~~~+++Day04+++~~~

Breakfast: Tilapia soup
Lunch: none, I slept through it, was home sick
Dinner:1 salmon filet with a chicken and canned tomato sauce that had no added sugar mix with it,as well as tomatoes and onions. Also with muenster cheese. A few hours later I had some more tilapia soup.


Still need to exercise, but getting sick on and off sucks!
But I did lose five pounds so yay!!

I got to get on the game 3 weeks till pictures, if i push it maybe 15 pounds
but that has to be major workout, got to keep motivated=/this is embaresingputting this online

I'd like to join! I want to lose weight for an upcoming dance & for myself as well. D:

Start Weight: 121 lbs
Goal Weight by Oct. 31: 110 lbs

Day 1
morning: fruit/veggie smoothie
lunch: whole grain toast w/ egg & slices of tomato, chocolate covered raisins (I have to stop this sleep.gif), brown rice w/ veggies
snack: cheerios w/ soy milk
dinner: slice of pizza

Goal for tomorrow: cut out the chocolate covered raisins (I'm addicted to these in particular) & any sort of junk food

Eh lol I decided why not join this?


Height - 5' 1.5"
Current weight - 105-106lb
Goal weight - 97lb

^ that's my goal weight overall, but I doubt I'd be able to lose it all within 30 days, and I don't think I want to. It might make it easier to gain it all back;;

What I really want is to reduce the size of my legs )): hate my legs lol.
Shooting for around 17-18 inches. We'll see if there's any progress after 30 days ((:

Starting Weight: 110lbs

Day 1:
Breakfast: 1/3 slice of whole wheat bread (45 calories) w/ strawberry jam (10 calories), 1 hardboiled egg (78 calories), 5/6 slices of medium sized apple. (72 calories)
Lunch: 3/4 mooncake (~300), 1 large asian pear (116 calories), 375ml V8 (35 calories)
Dinner: homemade pasta w/ mushroom & onion tomato sauce, stir fried broccoli & green peppers (450 calories
exercise: 20 minutes of TJ cardio party #3 (-150 calories)

total: 906 calories

DAMN MOONCAKE!!!! I COULDN'T RESIST D: < sleep.gif^ must exercise,....

lol bah. I checked my weight accurately on Saturday morning and it turns out I was about 107.5 )): My weight had been fluctuating alot after I lost about 10lb before.


But I checked today, and over the weekend I got down to 106lb (:
Hoping to get down to 105lb or lower by the end of the week~


And a little off-topic but OMG kcy the mooncakes are soooo good ;___; lol

Whoa, weighed myself this morning and I'm down to 105.

Starting weight: 107.5
Current weight: 105
Goal weight: 97

Whew. I'm glad I started this thing friday, cus I was at the international festival over the weekend, and there was sooo much good food omnomnom. I was moving around alot though (walking, running up stairs, dancing) the whole time, so I'm glad I didn't end up gaining any weight. lol I thank my friends for keeping me hyperactive.
