wowwww 5'8", that's a really good height! i'm 5'7" and wish that i could grow another inch..
and also, just from your stats, it seems like you probably don't need to lose weight. actually, seems like you'd be pretty thin!

and kcy, just curious--what's your target caloric intake?

I try so hard to eat but the calories don't add up.
I exercised a lot today because I was kind of bored and was really hyper. I didn't mean to get it that low.

breakfast: rice, ground beef, bok choy
snack: tamarind candy
dinner: corn dog

total: 757

i think eating a big breakfast keeps me full a LOT longer than when it's just cereal, 'cos today i didn't get hungry until 5-6 hours after i ate. that normally never happens. o_____o

measured my waist today. still 26", sighhhh. :l

Don't count calories anymore! The more you think about it, the more you're gonna be focusing on the food you have to eat, making it harder to get the amount you need. Don't worry about it. Besides, the numbers aren't always exact to a T. Just sit back and relax for now.

s-mango tea, 100 calorie cookie pack

e- biggest loser dvd in PE
walk to and from school-2 miles
pick up sister- 1 mile

gahh legs soo sore from yesterday tongue.gif

hmm almost 30 days, Is it okay if i do the 30 day challenge again? haha it feels weird posting in another thread

I have lost all together around 10 pounds, haha I cant beleive i was aiming for like 25 at the beggining what
was i thinking?lol

but yup lost about 10 pounds, its hard work but I feel sooo much better already!! biggrin.gif

no breakfast.
lunch: rice and beef&bok choy stirfry
dinner: rice and beef&green bean stirfry
snack: tamarind candies

my mom doesn't change it up too much. hah.

still finding it hard to give up snacking.

day 11

it's my time of the month so i gained 1lb of water weight~ not worried. My sz 0 pants are loosening up a lot.

breakfast: 2% milk, sunny side up egg.
lunch: salad with roasted chicken, 1 quaker rice cake.
snack: 1 quaker rice cake, 1 appe.
dinner: rice, stir fried green beans w/ pork, beef short ribs, celery & tofu.
exercise: none yet.

Day 15
Halfway point.
Down to 104lb today. Closer to 100 than 110 finally lol.

I plan to do alot of walking. Especially with the State Fair in town. I'll be eating alot there, but I'm also going to be on the move, so hopefully it will balance out. I'm just glad to be down to 104 ((: I might continue this on through the first half of November, because I want to be about 100lb by my birthday.

Keep going, everyone!

EDIT--
OH I measured myself after I posted this, and it turns out I lost over half an inch off my thighs omgosh! lol I was super surprised. I think I'm going to change my goal to 18-19 inches, since I think 17 inches would look unnatural on me :| Plus that seems rather out of reach.

was totally weak today and ate half a bag of chips. D:

lunch/dinner: chicken over rice (yay halal food!)

breakfast: soup. (150)
snacks: 1 quaker rice cake (50), 10 strawberries (30), raisins (42), 15 almonds (85), 10 mr christie arrowroot cookies (220)
dinner: rice w/ green beans & pork, cabbage side dish (200)<-- i ate a baby sized dinner lol. all leftovers.
exercise: 30 mins turbo jam (-350)

total: 427

i was home alone all day so i ate really random things.

Dinner: 4 slices of small pizza, pasta, and a bunch of cinnamon rolls D: BAD .__. oh, and tea :]
Snack: DQ Turtle Waffle Bowl.

Starting weight: 107.5
Current weight: 104

Had oatmeal with cinnamon, a slice of whole wheat bread with nutella, and tea for breakfast. Then had some instant coffee a couple hours later while I studied.

Just had chicken and abalone soup, rice with vegetables (zucchini and yellow squash with tomatoes), chicken, and jellyfish for lunch. Also drinking more tea now lol I drink alot of tea;;

Probably having noodles for dinner yummm :9

okay.. i think i lost weight too quickly so i gained it back a bit. i'm 109 now for a couple of days. no worries though (: ~

breakfast: glass of milk & an apple
lunch: iceberg salad w/ roasted chicken
snack: quaker rice cake, almonds, yogurt.
dinner: pork & celery dumplings, celery and mushroom side dish.
exercise: 20 mins turbo jam so far. think i'll do more later.
