I'm 4'11" and 3/4 at 103 lbs.
I don't have a scale right now, someone took it...
I want to be 95 lbs :/ But I eat a lot. hahaha. I already lost 2 lbs.
Is anyone gonna try and loose weight doing DDR?
Thank you so much!! 7 bucks??!! Seriously??! I can afford that! Lol. Now, I need to find an IKEA......hahah.

ooh, i measured myself and i lost another half an inch on my thighs!! im really happy.so now i only have 2.5 inches left.
and im really glad that my thighs are the first place i lose fat, because theyre the place i wanna lose the most fat.
kay, so i had..
i dont think i had breakfast. if i did, i had cereal. but tbh i dont remember eating it.
then i had some fruit and a bean and cheese burrito for lunch, and a funnel cake
I F-ED UP. OKAY.
i shall not do it again. and i shall do extra exercise to make up for it.
and then i had a bit of pizza and some salad and some potato salad.
and i walked a lot. but i should have swam too.
im gonna try to go swimming in the morning tomorrow. ill wake up really early (yeah right i will xD)

Ok soo I kinda woke up late today o_o. I woke up at 1 something LOLOLOL. But anyways, i am proceeding. && I don't eat healthy as much, I think eating small portions are the way to go! And drinking lots of water.
Breakfast:
-Pork ribs (theyre small lol I had 5 of them)
-3 small broccoli (we were running out
-small bowl of rice.
-half a cup of orange juice
Lunch: (like 2-3 hours later)
-Cereal with half of milk :]
Workout:
- Treadmill for 21 minutes (Burned 175)
-tricycle for about 5 minutes? (10)
- I don't know what the machine is called... an elliptacal? Idk but it's the kind that you swing back and forth with your legs. LOL ummm 15 minutes
Calories burned off: 258!
Then... I went to do some muscle work which was only like 5mintues LOL. And A set of 30 crutches o.o
And I walked from the bus to the school, I was planning to run around my school's track but then it was kinda occupied and i didnt feel comfortable so im doing it again tomorrow morning. I think I'm going to sleep soon. it's like almost 10 in NY
Dinner: Some vegetable, I don't know what it's called but i had a lot of it. i had rice and pork tooo... and i just had a bottle of water.
so thats all. I'm trying to get a scale. I need one. BADLY >____<.

planning on a veggie/fruit mixed smoothie

will exercise WAY later tonight
planning on 45 min hiit on treadmill

we'll see what happens with that ^

But I'm starting tomorrow because I ate horribly today. To make up for it, I plan on running/cardio for 2 hours tonight. I've been trying to drop weight since I gained 10 lbs over the school year!

My Goal: to be 115-120 lbs.
I used to weigh 122 lbs. in high school but i gained 20 lbs back in 2 years.. so i'm 140 lbs. now.. so i'm trying to lose 20-25 lbs.
I haven't done any excercise yesterday .. i was supposed to but i fell asleep, so i will make up yesterday's excercise by jogging/running the 30 minutes i was supposed to yesterday and also do another 30 minutes today~

used to be 167ish for the past year or so
last month i weighed myself and i was about 156
my goal is to be slightly under 150
my twin in body mass acquisition? (or lack thereof)
only difference between me and you would be that i'm not trying to lose weight... i've just been too lazy to eat

okok, fine. now that i think about it, i guess i'll join. but just for the exercise, i haven't gotten any in MONTHS. food wise i think i'll eat the same mini cooper i always do cuz luxury within food is not quite an option for me.
exercises that are possible: running in the mornings, jump roping, swimming, jacuzziing, P90X
exercises that i'll do.... jump roping, P90X. i tried running in the morning many times before. i ALWAYS just feel like absolute mini cooper afterwards. and my day is just john teshing shot. so no running in the mornings. swimming... i hate chlorine... jacuzzi is the same mini cooper. jump roping is awesome, i've always wanted to master doing two jump ropes in 1 jump. gotta remind myself to wear freaking socks tho, it hurts. and P90X... maybe. it's extreme.
this may or may not be my last post... i'll post again if i actually do some exercise

breakfast-just some fruit and water. i woke up late
lunch-a burrito and some rice with salmon.
dinner-well, i had some cookies for a snack, and im going to have some yogurt, but i didnt really have dinner. i just wasnt hungry today.
exercise: im gonna do some arm exercises (gotta tone those arms!) and do some walking.
im feeling really good about my progress
too bad i cant do anything about my face LOL
keep it up everyone!

Day 2 (yesterday)
Breakfast:
Some nutrition drink i drink everyday, oatmeal, and bread
Snack: Apple
Lunch: beef noodle soup and some veggies.
oh, and bubble tea -____- lots of sugar? lol
Snack: Peach [or was it a plum?]
Dinner: Congee.
exercise:
1 hr yoga
30 min random dancing x)
20 min hula hoop
and 500 jumprope
and i walked alot more than usual today.
Day 3 (today)
Breakfast: same as above.
Snack: apple
Lunch: One piece of pizza . sigh
Snack: grapes and cantaloupe
dinner: Noodle Soup
exercise: not much today; some hula hoop, jump rope, and walking
i'm one of those not-so-fond of veggies kind of person.
-__- and so, im trying my VERY best to eat them.
oh and for those who swim, do you just swim ? hahaahha
like, any kind? front stroke, backstroke, breaststroke? everything?

Consumed about 1340 calories today. Burned off 500 calories in the gym - 5 miles on the treadmill and biking.
I hope to keep my intake at or about 1500 and shed off the pounds before school begins.

Hmmmm~ in my opinion, I think that the digital scale is much more accurate xD. I mean like the regular scale, for me... i can't read it well LOLOL. It's a lot easier with the digital scale. I hope I heled ^____________^.
