total calories: about 1,133? hard to calculate the halal food, but i'm proud of myself for not eating junk.

Total failure. I got really depressed and stuffed my face. Not even worth trying to count everything I ate. Hopefully I don't suck this badly tomorrow. This mini cooper is hard.

MEATLESS MONDAYS-simple. no meat/seafood. only veggies and fruits. actually no carby stuff either.
WORKOUT WEDNESDAYS-spend 2hours straight working out on top of my weighttraining and PE class.
FASTING FRIDAYS-so i don't eat for one day in the week to clean things out a bit.
SLEEPY SUNDAYS-lots and lots and lots of sleep. 10+hours (:
lol. so yea. lets see what happens if i follow that plan.

Blue Coconut Margarita --> I had to drink alcohol for my 21st =)
Birthday dessert which was a brownie & ice cream
2 slices of cake

Total of calories for today = around 2,600 calories =/ - Exercise:
No exercise today, but I plan on running two miles tomorrow morning plus pushups and situps

Wow, I'm so late to post but here I go.

Current: 120-ish (haven't checked the scale yet!)

Breakfast:
2 Slices of Whole Grain Bread w/ 2 Tbsp of Almond butter, sprinkled with Flax Seed & Pumpkin Seed Granola
Banana

Planning to have a turkey sandwich (hummus spread, 2 slices of whole grain bread, organic egg)
Some rice crisps
1/2 Pomegranate

Planning to have organic Miso Soup, w/ organic tofu, seaweed, & halibut

I had a blast~!
I ate so bad this weekend because it was my birthday weekend.
My boyfriend bought me a cake, and I ate more than half of it =/
I probably should start all over tomorrow.
I feel soooo fatt =/
Today, I did run 1 1/2 miles though =)
Yeah, I'm going to start over. It was a bad time to start my 30 day diet. I should have waited until after my birthday.

i had to eat the sandwich because the crabs were SO unsatisfying. i spent ten minutes cracking open their shells and peeling out meat...and i ended up with a tablespoon of the stuff. not worth it. >:[
