breakfast: honey nut cheerios, milk
lunch/dinner: chicken over rice, humongous bowl of honey nut cheerios :>
snack: yogurt, air popped wheat

total calories: about 1,133? hard to calculate the halal food, but i'm proud of myself for not eating junk.

l-macaroni with tuna and peas
d-not really hungry
s-alot of 10 calorie crystal light drinks to curb my sweet tooth haha

exercise-
walk to school 1 mile
workout in pe~arms and tummy sore!!

Day 4

Total failure. I got really depressed and stuffed my face. Not even worth trying to count everything I ate. Hopefully I don't suck this badly tomorrow. This mini cooper is hard.

b: fiber one w/ 2% milk
s: half of a huge apple
l: chicken breast salad w/ italian dressing, 2 egg whites
s: other half of the huge apple, nature valley granola bars
d: tuna w/ white rice (==p), cucumbers w/ some 고추장
s: prob. yogurt ok make that 2 bowls of fiber one and yogurt =__=;

exercise: none yet. hopefully i'll hit the gym soon...
i think i ate alot today. =/

-i didn't exercise today. ahhh. and i gave in to my cravings. i will do better tomorrow~

i made me a odd day chart! (:
MEATLESS MONDAYS-simple. no meat/seafood. only veggies and fruits. actually no carby stuff either.
WORKOUT WEDNESDAYS-spend 2hours straight working out on top of my weighttraining and PE class.
FASTING FRIDAYS-so i don't eat for one day in the week to clean things out a bit.
SLEEPY SUNDAYS-lots and lots and lots of sleep. 10+hours (:
lol. so yea. lets see what happens if i follow that plan.

I actually weighed myself and I'm around 7-7.1 stones biggrin.gif my waist is also 25 inches!

weighed myself yesterday, and apparently i lost .4 pounds. meaning i didn't lose any. lol.

Hi guys~! So today was my 21st birthday!!!!!

Here is the damage:

DAY 4
Starting Weight: 160
Goal Weight: 130
Current Weight: 163

  • Breakfast:
    None
    [0 cals]
  • Lunch:
    5 scrambled eggs with mozarella cheese and one piece of ham
    Water
    [around 500 calories]
  • Dinner:
    Chicken Cordon Bleu Sandwich
    Side of French Fries
    Blue Coconut Margarita --> I had to drink alcohol for my 21st =)
    Birthday dessert which was a brownie & ice cream
    2 slices of cake
    Water
    [around 2,100 calories] =/
  • Snacks/Others:
    None happy.gif

    Total of calories for today = around 2,600 calories =/

  • Exercise:
    No exercise today, but I plan on running two miles tomorrow morning plus pushups and situps

Goal: 110

Breakfast:
2 Slices of Whole Grain Bread w/ 2 Tbsp of Almond butter, sprinkled with Flax Seed & Pumpkin Seed Granola
Banana
Lunch: (will update)
Planning to have a turkey sandwich (hummus spread, 2 slices of whole grain bread, organic egg)
Some rice crisps
1/2 Pomegranate
Dinner: (will update)
Planning to have organic Miso Soup, w/ organic tofu, seaweed, & halibut
Some fruit

Exercise:
Running, walking, elliptical, stairs for an hour total

I had a blast~!
I ate so bad this weekend because it was my birthday weekend.
My boyfriend bought me a cake, and I ate more than half of it =/
I probably should start all over tomorrow.
I feel soooo fatt =/

Today, I did run 1 1/2 miles though =)

Yeah, I'm going to start over. It was a bad time to start my 30 day diet. I should have waited until after my birthday.

lunch/dinner: rice, crabs, peanut butter sandwich
snack: grapes

i had to eat the sandwich because the crabs were SO unsatisfying. i spent ten minutes cracking open their shells and peeling out meat...and i ended up with a tablespoon of the stuff. not worth it. >:[

I weighted myself in the morning and I am now 44.7kg (7 stones)

Breakfast: Porridge (semi skimmed milk)
Lunch: Fried Eggs, tomatoes, mushrooms, beans
Snack: Special K
Dinner: Aubergines, smoked salmon, chicken, mushrooms
Dessert: Blueberries
