total calories: 1900... i don't even want to talk about today LOL i ate kfc so yeah. ill just exercise today. XD;; finally after 2 weeks.

Urr, I'm still a little concerned with some people doing this challenge. Alot of you are following VLCDs (very low-calorie diets), which isn't a very healthy way of losing weight. And I'm talking about you people getting less than a 1000 calorie intake each day. I'm also wondering exactly how you guys are counting these calories...?

I mean, I guess I understand it, since this is a "How much can you lose in 30 days" challenge, but this thread is mostly a means of motivation. And I really hate to see people losing weight by unsafe means.

Just my two cents;; I'm honestly just concerned for the health of everyone here.

Day 5 (?)

Breakfast: Greek yogurt & flax seed granola
Lunch: Turkey sandwich
Snack: Kashi bar
Snack 2: 2 slices of bread, 2 tbsp almond butter, flax seed granola
Dinner: Rice, veggies, tofu, fried salmon powder

A very vague description of what I ate today.

Exercise: Planning on power walking/run for 30 minutes.

Lunch:
Stir Fry Vegetables
1 Egg Roll
Water
[300 cals]

Dinner:
Stir Fry Vegetables
1 Egg Roll
Salad
Water
[400 cals]

Snacks/Others:
None

Total of calories for today = 900
I don't know how I ate so few cals today. I am in the military so I get my food at the dining hall for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Everything else in the line didn't look so good, so I just ate stir fry. Plus, I am so used to only eating oatmeal in the morning.

Exercise:
ran 2 miles, danced for 15min, 8min abs, 2min of planks, 40 sit-ups

Dinner:
Subway Footlong Ham sub with Wheat Bread. It had ham, mozarella cheese, lettuce, tomatoes, green peppers, honey mustard, mayo, and salt & pepper. It's probably the worst thing I've eaten all week. =/
2 White Macadamia Nut Cookies
Water
[1040 cals]

Snacks/Others:
None

Total of calories for today = 1,770 cals =/

I'm going to go run 2 miles tomorrow~


Exercise:
None. Was busy all day with work, and packing to go visit my boyfriend for the weekend.

dinner: chicken and bok choy stir-fry (my own little experiment, lol), rice
snack: munchos, 2 giant pockys

i'm such a sucker for dark chocolate XDD;
i console myself with the thought that they are full of antioxidants...
and low in sugar. heh. tongue.gif

lunch: 2 kiwis & some papaya (112 calories)
snack: yogurt & 1/4 date square (100 calories)
dinner: rice & veggie & tofu & stuff looool. krn food..~ (500)

total calories: 1184

Wow! Running a mile under 7 minutes is great~!
I am in the Air Force and I have to constantly run.
How do you improve your running time?
I want to run 1 mile and a half in 14 mins.

Well I used to jog alot near the beginning of the year, but to be honest I haven't been running at all lately OTL I've been doing kung fu for about six years though, so I think that might be of help? I'm actually pretty fit (~17% body fat), but I didn't think I'd be able to run a mile in that amount of time haha;;

I guess what any runner would say is... run more? lol I'm sorry I can't be of much help since I'm not an avid runner ): but practice makes perfect! Just keep running to build up your speed/endurance. Since you're always running already, I'm sure you'll get there soon (:

i'm pretty happy this week, ate a week's full of calories in one day and still the same weight :]~

Today was my "all you can eat"/resting day.

Day 7 (?)

Breakfast: Yogurt & granola, banana
Lunch: Spinach ravioli, Kashi bar, mandarin oranges
Snack: 2 slices of bread, w/ 2 tsp. of almond butter w/ granola, 10 pieces of pomegranate dark chocolate balls (?), ~3ish chocolate chip cookies, rice crisps, soymilk
Dinner: Salmon, wheat pasta w/ basil pesto

Exercise: None!

I'm guessing I ate around 2000 calories today, which is what I should be eating if I were to maintain my current weight. But all is good, I was expecting my intake to be more today. I think the only "bad" thing I ate was the milk chocolate chips in the cookies.

i really don't want to lose any weight,
i just want muscles and abs!! pwahahahwa ~
tell me if i'm doing it right (or wrong) o.o
i've never done this before.

stats.
age - 14
height - 5"3'
weight - 110 lbs
goals: abs, toned legs and arm mucles
btw ima female. o.o
i just want some muscles cause i'm weak as hell, and i hate it when my guy friends make fun of my wimpy strength.

10.31. day 1
bfst- spaghetti
lunch- same as bfst^
dinner- snack wrap, salada and sum fries. oh and iced coffee. [havent eaten yet, but ikno its these]
exercise for muscles: jillian micheals 30 day shred lvl 1; 20 min hula hoop.
hope thats enough to work my "abs" xD ~gunna go trick or treating tonightt.

I'm gonna stop my challenge today because it's my time of the month and I gained a heck of alot of water weight like always ): I'll go back to normal in a few days, but I'm gonna wait it out this week and start again since my time is pretty much up anyways.
