total calories: 1900... i don't even want to talk about today LOL i ate kfc so yeah. ill just exercise today. XD;; finally after 2 weeks.

I mean, I guess I understand it, since this is a "How much can you lose in 30 days" challenge, but this thread is mostly a means of motivation. And I really hate to see people losing weight by unsafe means.
Just my two cents;; I'm honestly just concerned for the health of everyone here.

Breakfast: Greek yogurt & flax seed granola
Lunch: Turkey sandwich
Snack: Kashi bar
Snack 2: 2 slices of bread, 2 tbsp almond butter, flax seed granola
Dinner: Rice, veggies, tofu, fried salmon powder
A very vague description of what I ate today.
Exercise: Planning on power walking/run for 30 minutes.

I don't know how I ate so few cals today. I am in the military so I get my food at the dining hall for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Everything else in the line didn't look so good, so I just ate stir fry. Plus, I am so used to only eating oatmeal in the morning.
Exercise:
ran 2 miles, danced for 15min, 8min abs, 2min of planks, 40 sit-ups

dinner: chicken and bok choy stir-fry (my own little experiment, lol), rice
snack: munchos, 2 giant pockys
i'm such a sucker for dark chocolate XDD;
i console myself with the thought that they are full of antioxidants...
and low in sugar. heh.

Ran 2.5+ miles in the park today. Yupp.

Wow! Running a mile under 7 minutes is great~!
I am in the Air Force and I have to constantly run.
How do you improve your running time?
I want to run 1 mile and a half in 14 mins.

Well I used to jog alot near the beginning of the year, but to be honest I haven't been running at all lately OTL I've been doing kung fu for about six years though, so I think that might be of help? I'm actually pretty fit (~17% body fat), but I didn't think I'd be able to run a mile in that amount of time haha;;
I guess what any runner would say is... run more? lol I'm sorry I can't be of much help since I'm not an avid runner ): but practice makes perfect! Just keep running to build up your speed/endurance. Since you're always running already, I'm sure you'll get there soon (:

i'm pretty happy this week, ate a week's full of calories in one day and still the same weight :]~

Breakfast: Yogurt & granola, banana
Lunch: Spinach ravioli, Kashi bar, mandarin oranges
Snack: 2 slices of bread, w/ 2 tsp. of almond butter w/ granola, 10 pieces of pomegranate dark chocolate balls (?), ~3ish chocolate chip cookies, rice crisps, soymilk
Dinner: Salmon, wheat pasta w/ basil pesto
Exercise: None!
I'm guessing I ate around 2000 calories today, which is what I should be eating if I were to maintain my current weight. But all is good, I was expecting my intake to be more today. I think the only "bad" thing I ate was the milk chocolate chips in the cookies.

I'm gonna stop my challenge today because it's my time of the month and I gained a heck of alot of water weight like always ): I'll go back to normal in a few days, but I'm gonna wait it out this week and start again since my time is pretty much up anyways.
