Goal weight: 95 lbs
Any other goals: stop eating so much junk food, be more healthy and of course skinner XD

Breakfast: Porridge (200 kcals)
Lunch: Sweets, Crisps (280 kcals)
Dinner: Meat, Salmon, rice, vegetables,(400 kcals)
Dessert: grapes, coco pops (200 kcals)
Total kcals = 1080 kcals
Day 23
Breakfast: Cereals (200 kcals)
Exercise: Gym for 1 hour (-300 kcals)
Lunch: Tuna Light Salad, Toast with butter, 2 x coco pop bars (500 kcals)
As a teen (I suppose most of you are) you're not suppose to go under 1500 calories, sedentary.
As an adult (21 plus) you're not suppose to go under 1200 bare minimum, stay in bed all day.
But go ahead and complain in 2-3 years that your metabolism was wrecked so much, you gain by smelling food, and that you're 5' nothing, and you didn't grow to your full potential, because you starved.
I'm 23, I'm eatin 1500 calories, and now I noticed I have to UP my calories because I already lost 1 pound in 3 days. And my BMI is 19. This is a normal metabolism.
But go ahead and force your body to liquify your muscles, and heart so it can feed itself.
lol when you said unhealthy diet, you make it sound as though we eat Chips, Burgers, Fries, Macdonald, Junk Food etc etc all the time. Now that's what is unhealthy to me

Lunch: veggie wrap, baked sea salt chips
Dinner: pancakes
Dessert/Snacks: raisins, chocolate chip cookies, skim milk
total: 1528 kcal
I didn't really exercise today, just walked a bit (maybe a mile?).
If I start eating breakfast regularly, do you think it would help curb my evening/night snacking? That's when I tend to eat most of my junk food, which I definitely need to cut back on.

Weight: usually fluctuates ~111lbs I think.. but I think I've gained 3lbs or so in the past few weeks.==
Goal weight: 107~105lbs (not within 30 days maybe in 2~3 months or so lol)
I have really bad eating habits and it's been particularly bad since school started this semester. Loads of junkfood (plus a major sweets addiction). I'm finally starting to enjoy eating non-sweet things though.. which is good lol..== But yeah, I don't want to lose a whole lot of weight in 30 days (I fear gaining it all back b/c I know I can't cut out snacks and things out of my life forever lol). I just really want something to jump-start my overall goal towards a healthier lifestyle. =)
Ok I'm gonna end my rambling haha .__. will post starting tomorrow..

- instant oatmeal

- a bit of leftover curry lol
- cashews + 1 dried date
[lunch]
- ~4pcs california rolls.. I think
- stir fried veggies & egg
[snack]
- 2 tim tams
- cashews + 1 dried date
[dinner]
- 1 chicken breast wrap
- small bowl of beef stew
- yogurt + cashews + 3 tim tams =o=
I need to stop buying tim tams lol..== ahh will do better tomorrow. I waitressed all day though so.. uhh exercise in walking I guess? haha ._.

Breakfast: some Oatmeal 130
Lunch: Cereal 120
(actually I forgot to bring money for lunch so I had to eat that D:)
Snack: Grapefruit 50
(I ate the half I left the night before)
Dinner: Tapas..I don't know how many calories..but I ate..octopus, mussels, baby clams, calamari, and shrimp ^^
However, it was just small portions of each so in the end, it wasn't alot. I have to say that restaurant was really good !
No excercise yesterday :X

Breakfast: Nothing
Lunch: mozzerella stick appetizers (190), 2 frosted sugar cookies (120 for cookies, 60 for frosting), skim milk (45)
Dinner: chopped up 1/2 banana and 1/3 apple with 1/4 box of rasins (50+27+33), most of a strawberry-pomegranate yoghurt (120)
Snack?: a few small bites (maybe 1/5 of a serving) of spicy ramen (36). In an attempt to raise my calorie count above 1000, I had 5 more cookies. Not the best choice, but it was the only thing left in the house, really.
total: 1131 kcals
Exercise: 200 situps.
I need to start working out again.

The one I was using has always been kinda off/screwy so I think it gave me some inaccurate measurements :| but I got my real weight today so I can start lol
starting weight-- 104 (47kg)
goal weight-- 100 (45kg)
Hopefully before my birthday, even though that's less than thirty days LOL
