sooo my dad is letting me have the rest of his nutrisystem because he doesnt like it.
I think it tastes okay, so im going to try it till the end of the year smile.gif

It was bad. I had an entire cheese pizza.

Day Eight
Today isn't turning out well, either.
2 slice of lemon coconut cake (850)
14 ounces of skim milk (158)
french bread with margerine (360)
Bit of Lasagne (97)
Marshmallows (75)

Exercise: elliptical (-42), walking (-120)

Net: 1378 kcals

I've got 50 days until my 18th birthday, and I really want to lose these last 17-18 pounds, but things haven't been going very well lately. ><

Snack: 2 x coco pop bars (168 kcals)
Tracker bar (178 kcals)
Crisps (132 kcals)
Dinner: salmon, vegetables (450 kcals)
Dessert: blueberries, vanilla and chocolate cheesecake (302 kcals)

Total kcals = 1392 kcals

Tomorrow is my last day XD

Exercise: Gym for 1 hour (-300 kcals)
Energy Drink (100 kcals)
tuna salad (250 kcals)
Hot Pot (500 kcals)
Cereal bars x 2 (250 kcals)

Total kcals = 1000 kcals

My Last day biggrin.gif I'm going to post my weight and stuff tomorrow morning and see if i will do the 30 day challenge again XD

Day Five
still 104 today, but the scale said 104.0 instead of an eight or six or two after the decimal (: yeay! lmao

glad to say my digestive system has been doing alot better, so I think that's going to be very beneficial in the long run. Going to be doing alot of running around tomorrow lol volunteering at a big art event and there's going to be lots to do (: can't wait!

- a big of spaghetti and curry&rice

- sushi & sashimi...insanely stuffed.==

i am surprised that i am still 107 since i lost 1lb from being sick and i thought it'd at least gain that back but its all good smile.gif i haven't exercise in almost a month.. T__T sho lazy.

breakfast: porridge, 3 pork buns, hash.
lunch: 3 pork buns, tofu sidedish.
dinner: rice w/ tofu, green beans, fish.

i'm trying to regulate my diet so.. my eating plan for this week is:

breakfast: milk & egg (280 cal)
lunch: 1 chicken wrap (250 cal)
snack: apple (72 cal)
dinner: something... lol.

[exercise]
- working (waitressing.. walking around lol) all day
- stationary bike 30mins

Weight = 6.8 stones
Waist = 21 inches
Tummy = 26 inches
Arm = 8 inches
Thigh = 16 inches

PRESENT
Weight = 6.12 stones
Waist = 23 inches
Tummy = 28 inches
Arm = 9.5 inches
Thigh = 17.5 inches

Day 1
 Breakfast: Cheese toasty, toast with bread,
 Snack: crisps, tangerine
 Lunch: Chips and Chicken
 Dinner: Soup, meat, vegetables
 Dessert: coco pops, chocolate cake

NOTHING. I am sure I won't have anything for breakfast tomorrow. I don't usually eat breakfast because I leave for school early and nobody cooks for me.

Lunch
Chicken sandwich + Fries

Dinner
Chicken + Pizza

Exercise
1 mile walk and stretching, twisting (basically the easy ones.)
