i just got a cowan iaudio x5 30 gb. it has been having some problems of freezing and usually i can just turn it off and turn it back on and the problem is solved but now it is frozen and i cant shut it off!! i tried connecting to the computer to maybe see if it would help shut it off or i can take off the file it was stuck on but it doesnt show any connection to the computer.

Have you been safetly removing it? or just yanking it out and turning it off while file transfer..
cause if you have..you may have kinda broken it itt didddittdi
