I have a Sony NW-S205F flash drive mp3 player
Yesterday I tried to add/delete some songs but nothing would complete
When I try to format it through the mp3 it says "Format Error" and then it freezes until I plug it in to the computer

So I tried formatting it through the computer but I keep getting the "Windows Unable to Complete Format" message. I tried this by right clicking in My Computer and through the Device Manager...

any advice on what else I can do?

Try these methods first.

I don't have one, so can't say much.
Or you can just call them up and tell them your situation lol

well the method described on that site is the method I used to try to fix it....
except on the site its suppose to complete formatting where as mine says format error

I guess I'll just buy a new one ><
