Well, lately, me and my older brother's friend have been talking and messaging to each other for some time, and its nothing special, just like normal conversations, haha.. but I think I'm starting to develop a crush on him ;x He's 2 years older than me.

I was wondering if anyone was ever in the situation I am in right now?
and did it work out? what happened?
because I'm starting to have doubts, i think i should just move on..

It really depends on your situation. If it's okay with your brother, it will turn out fine. Besides, you're just having a crush and maybe, if he's courting you, it will be okay.. You don't have to move on if you think you will win him.. You just need moving on if he says he doesn't like you and just treat you as a sister..

I used to like a guy that was on my brother's baseball team. Needless to say, nothing happened. I think it would have just made things reeeeeally awkward between them. Talk to your brother about it first. If he's okay with it, then go for it.

Not me but my friend was in that situation & it turned out horribly, but then her brother is extremely protective of her. But if your brother approves, go for it.

At the beginning of this past school-year I had the hugest crush on my brother's best friend, who is a year older than me [I was a freshman, he was a sophomore], and I talked to him for a while and we went to homecoming together. But afterwards, I got to know him better and found out that he's the weirdest, most perverted guy EVER and I was like wtf was I thinking. I guess I was just blinded by his looks >.< So yeah, that didn't work out.

But later in the year I had a crush on another one of my brother's friends, but they're not that close...and instead of rushing into it I thought it would be better to become friends first. And I tried to turn it into something more but nothing ever came out of it :/ So now we're just friends, and I guess I'm okay with it. But I'm still kinda disappointed. I still wonder if the reason why it didn't work out is because he's friends with my brother...T_T

Hahaha cute. For me it was the other way around. My friend's older brother asked me out three times and he was rejected all three times.

Anyways, I HAVE crushed on a friend's older brother once or twice One was 2 years older than me. The other was 5 years older; lmao.

Okay.......that'd be gross if I had a crush on my older brother's friends because he's 14 years older than me. Lol. But my mom had a crush on her older brother's friend. They saw each other often, and eventually started dating for a few years. Now......he's my dad. Hahahah. Even though they're 8 years apart, it still worked out for them!!

my older brother won't bring any of his guy friends to our house anymore. xD he keeps all the "cute" ones away from me. =( nah jks, but he hasn't ever let me talk to any of his cute friends. so, i've never been in that situation before. i don't think my brother would approve of it, considering he knows what kind of stuff they'd get up to and stuff, and he'd think that I deserve better than that.
