I just came back from Taiwan with a bunch of burned computer programs but a lot of the CDs aren't being read by my computer's CD drive
I tried it on my mom's vista computer and all of them worked perfectly fine, but only 3/10 of them work on mine
Can anyone help me?

I wonder if your computer just has a CD drive and the disks are DVDs that would explain why you cant read them at all. Also very possible your drive is just old and dusty so it can't read them as well.
Something you can possibly try is copy the files out of the cd onto a external on your mom's computer then try to install it on yours.
