i love both!
usually i like to eat chow mein first, then fried rice.
i especially love shrimp fried rice with lots of peas. biggrin.gif

Chowmein.
Because I've been eating rice my whole life so I don't feel anything special with rice (or fried rice).
Overall, I prefer noodles to rice as well.

Chow Mein - tastes better and lasts longer in the fridge as well.

UNLESS it's the type of fried rice that's made without any egg, just a little bit of sesame/veggie oil, chili and soy sauce - love it smile.gif

Ew, I dislike chow mein. :[ Too slimy and filled with too many onions. Absolutely love fried rice though. Which one is healthier, do you think?
