i cant even brush it lightly. i tried mouthwash and it hurts even more

searched it up on google and this website came up with an article about something...
called menstruation gingivitis
before and after their *menstrual periods*....
some women get bleeding gums, bright red & swollen gums, and those pesky kinker sores inside their cheeks.
i don't know if it's this or another gum problem, but either way, go see a dentist RIGHT NOW, brush teeth at least twice a day, floss everyday, and use mouthwash. see a dentist every 6 months and an orthodontist if needed
GOOD LUCK!!
