Bad Bad Sleeping Pattern.

Sorry if there is already a thread like this, I just couldnt be bothered looking. Anyways, I seriously need help fixing my sleeping pattern since uni is starting again tomorrow
. I basically sleep at like 5 or 6AM all the way till 4, 5, 6 sometimes even 7PM then the cycle repeats itself again. I try staying up all day so I could sleep at night but I end up falling asleep anyways.
So what are your ways of fixing sleeping patterns?

I'd just use sleeping pills for a couple needs to get used to sleep at a certain time. Then lay it off and you should be sleeping at that time every night.

Maybe you could try swimming or running for a long time to wear you out, or do some tiring activity so you'll fall asleep earlier. And if you're sleeping very late, try waking up early rather than sleeping in and don't take any naps so you're tired later.

HAHAH i have that same problem!
mine usually fixs itself when school starts.
try waking up early, or try sleeping pills to help you sleep earlier. be careful they make you really groggy. x___X

Don't sleep at 5-7 AM and instead, pull an all-nighter and go through the entire day. Then, when it becomes 9 or 10 PM, you'll be tired enough and fall asleep easily. That's what I do to fix it (I ran into the same problem a couple weeks ago ._.).

i'm suffering from bad sleeping patterns too!!
i sleep at like..5-6am and wake up at like 1-3pm everyday..for at least 2 weeks now.
and starting monday i need to get up by 7:45ish to be at work at 830 -__-
the all nighter idea sounds like a good method

wake up early and do some kind of sport to wear you out...the day after that I can sleep very early and wake up early XD that's the only thing that helped me xD
