Family households sometimes have servant girls who cook for them. Especially overseas say in HK, Thailand or in China.

i actually think its a bit sad that these servant girls have to cook (and are not paid very much at all) because it means they can never earn enough to have a future for any children... but wow their cooking is AWESOME.

So in truth, the father should have married the servant girl instead !!!

So.. who cooks better? Your servant girls or your mum?

I don't have servant girls or maids in my house.

But my mum's cooking is what I prefer.

I wouldn't know- my mother always cooked for me.

I would assume servants are better - it's their job. My mother on the other hand... her cooking is very average. Not bad, but not that good.

I know Philippines have servants/maids as well.
My mum cooks for the family. I'd like to have one though and of course pay them what they deserve.
I don't want my mum doing too much work or over-working herself.

PS: Don't say for me to help my mum, I'm horrible at cooking. I can so far only cook rice & a few things.
Learning in progress. wink.gif

I have a maid living with my family, but she doesn't cook.
