what prog. used to make siggy/avatar ... with video clips in it..

er .. i dont know if this is the right place.. but i just want to know what kind of program needed to make siggy or avatar with video clips in it? thanks in advance..

do you mean screen captures like a single frame from a movie, or something like an animated gif?

I think Adobe Photoshop is the most 'efficient' program, but it's really tiring... x___X

Adobe ImageReady CS2 can take video files and you can select the frames to make your own .gifs. i don't know if the older versions have the same feature though.
